After 46 years of rocking, the Bad Boys from Boston have called it a day. They are going to embark on their farewell tour this year and after that it's over.
But it's not that they are really retiring since Steven Tyler is releasing his debut solo album this year heh...
Your thoughts? Favorite albums/songs?
Yeah, you know, that was actually always a big fear of mine in the last 10 years, that all those big bands from the past will be breaking up and their members dying and we'll just have to watch it happen..
post em, rate, rec, whatever.
Who else is excited for based deaner's album of the year?
Trying to find some new alt rock to listen to, share yours.
they are a really good band from Belgium, really underrated
What does /mu/ think of Bones?
Got the college acceptances. The best schools I got into are Boston University and Columbia University. BU is offering a decent scholarship that will allow me to graduate with little or possibly no debt. Columbia on the other hand isn't offering anything, so if I go there I'm going to wind up with a ton of debt.
So the question is, is it worth going to Columbia even if it means going into debt? Does having the name on my resume mean that much more than BU that it will pay off?
Extra details, if they mean anything: my reach schools were Caltech...

wrong board. However, I would take a debt free education over Colombia any day. The "better" education is good, but you can make your career anywhere. Your effort means more than the school who gave you a degree.

why does /mu/ like Annie Clark so much?
where are they now?
I'm glad I never posted a picture of myself when I was a tripfag. I stopped using a trip because I realized that it made me act really fucking annoying. Some sort of weird psychological effect.
>song is called 5:09
>it's 5 minutes and 14 seconds long
Does anyone here listen to jungle/early drum and bass music.
used to be into jungle & dnb when i was younger, then i eventually developed other tastes as the whole culture died off and was replaced by dubstep.
i do still listen to old compilations by metalheadz, good lookin' & moving shadow
Never Meant is such a good song. Why does every other song on the album suck so much?
The other songs on the album are actually pretty great, but they're unmemorable compared to Never Meant. Like, I really like the album but I can't remember a single track that's not the first.
