>choral singing accompanied by a keyboard instrument
Equal temperament fags will defend this.
This is the crowning achievement of symphonic prog. Not only is it immaculately composed and arranged, it completely avoids the pretentious, histrionic nature of other symphonic prog bands like Yes, Genesis and early King Crimson, or the needless complexity of Gentle Giant.
This is the only symphonic prog album that actually deserves to be ranked alongside the best of Krautrock, avant-prog and first wave post-rock.
>b-but muh Ommadawn muh Incantations I must prefer le obscurer albums xD
Tubular Bells was objectively his artistic zenith.

What do you do while you listen to music /mu/?
Why is it that the same ~200-300 albums are always in continuous discussion here? Why do all of you listen to the same exact shit?
Has there ever been a place more devoid of musical talent?
Post the tracks you're working on fam, discuss general music production fam.
What's that sound fam?
>Pastebin - Links, books, videos, articles and stuff
>/prod/ wiki - looking for contributors (wink, wink)
Haven't been working on anything recently because my computer is running at over 90% CPU and dies when I use any CPU intensive program (DAWs especially)
Anyone have an idea why? I just ran two scans for viruses and nothing came up
The last band/artist you listened to just replaced Moot.
How fucked are you?
Name a more stagnating genre that hasn't changed over 40 years.
you know you can't.
What genre is the majority of your library?
What's your favorite IDM album?
>tfw you actually don't like rap or country
What is wrong with not liking these genres?
It's not about not liking them. It's about why you don't like them. if it's purely sonic, then you're okay. But if you're more deterred by lyrical content or the cultural/social influence of the genre then you're a fucking idiot and i'm glad i have better taste than you.
