i loved pic related but am pleb
need your favorite ambient records
though not strictly ambient, if youre into hecker, you may like andy stott - faith in strangers
by a /mu/tant, too. much more melodic, if you're into that.
easy start
Why are supergroups so rarely good? What are some supergroups that actually pulled it off?
Mounties made a pretty awesome synthpop album last year
Cream
Blind Faith
Derek and the Dominos

I want to believe.
Alright, /mu/. Let's talk about music in terms of your local music scenes.
Does the scene kind of make or break it for you?
Do you love it, and think about it before you go to bed at night?
Are they complacent in terms of forward motion, or does nothing really ever change too much?
Cleveland
No real music scene that I know of, but we get hella concerts and bands coming through being in between nyc and chicago. Also a nice range of small to arena size venues

You can be a good guitarist, that doesn't mean you'll get a good bass and drums.
You can get a second guitarist, fail at drums or just don't have a bass with cynergy.
Here, finding a drummer or bass that can hold your style is impossible, they create most likely girls bands and tribute bands.
So you eventually consider yourself out, until you get out.

There's a huge DIY punk/garage scene in Cleveland man, wut u talkin bout?

>>54663306
Take out 'The Modern Dance' and replace it with The Fall's 'Perverted by Language', replace Second Edition with 'Flowers of Romance', substitute Deceit for S/T, and 154 for Chairs Missing, and you might be onto something here
>>54663471
>replace Pere Ubu with The Fall
