Justin Bieber Purpose
Anyone have this album or work at wal-mart/target that can leak
Why am I not surprised that the board that worships Kanye West, Taylor Swift, Charli XCX, Lorde, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake is now asking for a Justin Bieber leak? You guys are a fucking joke.
gonna give it a listen, what should I expect?
Well, this was a bit disappointing.
What does /mu/ think of these two?
I think so. I love how different he is. He just doesn't give a fuck. It's great. Love his darkness.
Hey /mu/. Was wondering what you guys would think about an album that is just recordings of someone lip-syncing songs?
I wouldn't consider it ASMR, because the person isn't actually singing.
What's your excuse for not liking Gorillaz? Do you seriously not enjoy fun?
they were my favorite band when i was a teenager, now my taste has changed a little bit but a i still can enjoy (tho i admit that their image was a huge parte for why i liked them so much)
i think that its good pop/indie/whatever and have hopes for their next album
ITT: Pitchfork darlings that no one cares about anymore
Do you listen music on lossless format, /mu/?
>Pastebin - Links, books, videos, articles, tutorials and stuff
>/prod/ wiki - still looking for contributors (wink, wink, WINK)
There's a severe lack of DAW descriptions in the wiki. If you're good with your tool of choice, consider writing a paragraph about it.

I've asked this one before
>wanna make techno music
>know very little music theory
I was rec' to learn minor scales, so I went ahead and learnt major scales as well. I guess there will be things I will pick up as I read more, but is there anything else theory-wise that I should know to make techno/house music?
I already know sound synthesis, my DAW and mixing
What musicians browse /mu/?
Rec, rate, guess personality... do whatever.
joplin rice - spine adagio part II & the prince
If any of these albums is your AOTY, you need to get the fuck out of /mu/.
ITT: music you don't understand the appeal of at all
Mine has to be pic related- it's like someone set out to make the cheesiest possible rock and succeeded beyond their wildest expectations
I would agree with any DT post-1999, but Images & Words is objectively a canonical classic.
People who like their modern stuff just tend to be the kind of people who are easily impressed by odd signatures and long songs and don't really think much past that (and then proceed to think they have "enlightened" taste because of it)
They're only significant in context.
Wilco, Ben Carson has more personality and energy. A bunch of moderately talented artists playing normal sounding music with a few odd melodies thrown in here and there. Overrated as shit.
