Any artists that are similar to Nujabes?

guys who got smashed by a bus?
I've been into pic related, Jay Love Japan, and The Unseen lately. Donuts is by far my favorite though; it makes me tear up every time I listen to it and I have no idea why.
What are some other instrumental hip-hop albums that are as emotional as Donuts, and/or are on par—quality-wise—with Donuts?
I have a lot of love for RJD2's Deadringer. I mean if anyone ever had any doubt about the artistry or supposed lack of originality in sampling, just hit em with Ghostwriter.

(the archive isn't just for finding download links. questions get asked and answered over and over.)

I didn't mean for the thread to be centered on my question in the OP. The primary focus of the thread was to dicuss/share/etc instrumental hip-hop. I've been into it a lot lately and have no one to talk to about it afk.
Fuck one
Marry one
Kill one

wtf is wrong with you people
why?
Is it just me or has 2015 been a really dark year for music?
it's been a shit year in general
>>60527102
most of the more popular/mainstream releases from artists have been the entire "dark" aesthetic, some have pulled it off, some have done a terrible job at it
just a fad. 2017-2020 will be dominated by SMiLE like corny western music and positive attitude
There are so many aspiring musicians out there trying to 'make it', and all I've heard is how hard it is and how unlikely you are to get noticed.. But I have a different theory, that most musicians are actually way worse than they think. I work at a radio station and I listen to TONS of new music that is sent to us from promoters and most of it is absolute shit. These are people that genuinely think they're going to make it. So if you have a band and you just can't get a break and no one is paying attention to your music, think about this: with the internet...

Hint: popularity is not correlative to musical talent. Hint 2: technical talent is not the same as emotional appeal. To become mainstream, you have to appeal to the mainstream, which only cares about emotional appeal and relatability.
>>60527037
or maybe they didn't pay you to play their shitty records like the rest of the bands do
What did you all think of the Diamind City Score for the game?
I feel like this radio in particular really contributes to the mood and overalls feel of the game

What stage is it in?
Sorry to hear it :/
hey you guys like electroswing?
No, electroswing is bad for the same reason wearing a fedora is bad. The same type of people are associated with both. Electroswing is also sad because the hyperactive peppiness of the music contrasts with the sad and lonely lives of the people who listen to it.
And yet, I listen to music that is very similar but with a slight difference. Retro music based on the Swing Era is bad, but retro music based on the fifties, sixties and seventies is good.

Your whole post is associated with electroswing-listening fedora wearers.

not an issue for me. i prefer men with firm, muscles bums and not womemes with puffy, undefined bottoms. also her music's too boring for my tastes.
>>60526646
why not both senpai
>>60526598
Then why display your bum instead of focusing on the music.
Adrenaline and Around The Fur are the only Nu-metal albums I can listen without cringing.
Thats a fair assessment.
You may also like vision of disorders self titled album.

I really don't consider any Deftones albums to even be Nu Metal. I just consider it alternative metal.
