Who prevail ?
Pharell was Kanye before Kanye. He was more of a trendsetter in the 00's than anyone else, people seem to gloss over all the shit he was part of and did.
Kanye is insane though, he's done crazier shit.
>He was more of a trendsetter in the 00's than anyone else
I'm not very familiar with Pharrell's work, can you enlighten me on how he was the biggest trendsetter of the 2000's? Personally my vote for that would be Daft Punk
Bands like New Order? What are some good 80's synthpop/new wave bands? My fav album from them is Brotherhood
Is it just me or is it impossible to take skinny musicians seriously?

Eiffel 65, nice. Don't really care for anything else you have on there.
What are some /mu/ memes that you've fallen for over the years? I'll start:
>I fell for the 'FLAC over 320kps' meme
>I fell for the 'chillwave will be a legitimate genre' in 2011 meme
>I fell for the 'Hip-Hop is essential listening' meme
>I fell for the 'foobar is worth downloading' meme
i fell for the foobar meme sadly. i remember deleting it after a while but it left some permanent trash in the registry. fuck foobar i dont want to customize the whole damn thing myself, i want something that works and looks good instantly. i downloaded music bee after that.
Is it just me or is it impossible to take fat musicians seriously?
I think Messiah Marcolin's voice is one of the most gorgeous and heartbreaking things in metal but when I saw this video for the first time I just couldn't fucking stop laughing. You could probably chalk most of the cheese in this video up to a low budget and for the most part it does convey the atmosphere of the song, but a fat guy with an afro is not what you picture when you hear a voice this beautiful.
It's just been uploaded
Seems to be mostly Marina and Charli in this, haven't watched it all yet.
The tracks are so forgettable, it's just retarded brag rap with stupid lyrics. Only tracks I liked were Blockbuster and Jeopardy. Angel Duster was cringe-tier.
My drummer is shit but all we have right now and we want to make a demo. What is the best program out there for editing drums to fit tempo, or something that might have an auto-quantizer.
I just wanna brush this up while we look for a new drummer.
Ableton has a really good quantized function that can line up beats pretty much spot on. It also has an "extract groove" function, so you can pull the rhythm off another audio sample and apply it to the sample you're working on. It's handy when getting samples to blend nicely.
Ableton also has one of the best warp functions of any of the DAWs. If you do need to adjust the tempo of a sample, it can keep the pitch the same and fill in any gaps (if stretching a sample)
ITT: fave live performances.
The Omicrons have arrived and demand each country give their best post 1950 song in their respective language.
What song do you pick to save Earth?
Post album and movie/book/game in the same vein
Memeing aside, what does /mu/ think about this guy?
Is there an audible difference?
What are some good in ear headphones? I need recommendations.
