Favorite rap album? Pic very related
>>60607161
Why exactly? This is the one solo album of his I couldn't get into. C4C seems like a much better version of what he was doing here
>>60607276
Also, pic related is probably my favorite (and also how I found out about El-P). That or maybe Late Registration.
>>60607276
I love c4c as well but I don't think it's quite as good as this (and I even heard c4c first) For one, in my opinion there isn't one weak song on the album. Every song is a unique experience and has its own sound. The beats are completely amazing and he is more layered in the beat than on top of it (like on c4c) and ALL the hooks are great/catchy. The opener "TMC" was epic in the way it progressed and how el-p progressed with it, and the album closes on a great song as well "PKNW"....

He is a very lonely person and he deals with it by making stupid videos. Some people draw, some people write, some people want attention, etc.

Don't even know why I'm starting this thread because it's such a non-contest.
Brazil has the best national anthem in the world.

It's just that kind of song that makes you want to fuck a thousand bitches, kill a thousand men then blast a few balls into the back of a net just for the fuck of it.
Nominate another song if you must but you know you'll just end up looking like a gigantic faggot.
(btw I'm English and think that our anthem should be Land of Hope and Glory...

GSTQ is a dreary tune which emphasises how subjected we are. It's bloody awful.
How have they fucked the production this badly?

Nice, I fucking love thai classical music. i love some batshit woodwind solos, if you listen to some piphat it sounds like free jazz but composed in the 15th century. Everyone should check out "Siamese Classical Music Volume 1" by Fong Naam (i don't have a link but it's on spotify)
it's almost turkey day here in the US and I'm enjoying myself some Thai court music.
This is probably my favorite recording of thai trad I've heard so far.

With which disc should I start listening to Wesley Safadão, /mu/?
I haven't listened to all of their singles yet, but I'm hyped as fuck for their new summer hit which should be released soon.
Anyway, start by the beginning. I'm sure you won't find a single bad release by Brazil's finest modern band.

Anyone else hyped for the new solo album?
Here is what we know so far.
>the album is already done and mixed
>it is again entirely produced by Aesop himself
>Blockhead has done a remix to one of the tracks
Also, Aesop recently said that we will hear about a number of new projects soon, so there might be more than just one upcoming solo album. Maybe we'll also get another EP soon?
