albums that are actually little known in contrast to having outstanding critical reception/being an influence on better known musicians
let's see how many jewels we dig out /mu/
avoid:
>i like it and others don't so it's underrated
>[widely known infamous album] is actually criminally underrated! i said it first! (on an anonymous imageboard) (mainly focused on anime and otaku culture)

this reminds me of the beatles
>>60693754
admittedly i have seen them on /mu/ a few times, but still. same goes for brainiac in noise rock, surprisingly underappreciated for a board that jerks off big black and albini
Sinead O'Connor tried to kill herself
literally who?
>inb4 /b/ bursts in with their edgelord tier statements
I'm glad she's okay now.
i'm still waiting for a good followup to the lion and the cobra...........

>tfw Brian Eno will die within your lifetime
Shame he went from Bowie and Talking Heads to shit like U2
Friendly reminder that he wrote the Windows 95 music on a Mac.
>Michael Gira will die within the next 10 years
Can we agree that NME is currently the cancer of the music blog sphere?
Caring about the "music blog sphere" is cancer.
>>60692897
>currently
NME was always horrible.
On one hand they are one of the few publications that give the Manic Street Preachers and some other bands the recognition they deserve, and sometimes their "taste" is pretty good or they write a couple of interesting articles.
On the other they are still stuck in the "garage indie rock will save rock'n'roll! Hail guitar bands! God bless revivalist 80's dream pop trite" phase and think Arctic Monkey's AM is the album of the decade.
They're pretty bad, but there are much worse publications. Imo they're just okay.

Do white girls who sing and play guitar automatically get a record deal?
No tbqh
no but white girls who suck label owners dicks do also guitar and singing talent is not necessarily needed
if you have a pretty face and know how to suck circumcised cocks then yes
anyone have any experience with these? I'm thinking about getting one, but idk much about them.
any thoughts?
>>60692763
bump, i've seen these myself and i'm also curious.
annyone??
Why would you be thinking of buying something you don't know much about?
>Name a post-rock album that is better.
>Pro-tip, you cant.
pic related is the only good one
I wouldn't know which one was better, but Larks Tongues is probably my favorite from the genre,
>>60692726
While it was influential to the genre, the album itself is not post rock.
