>friend tells me to listen to this because its a 'forgotten masterpiece'
>its literally just goofy scooby doo pop songs with namedropping in the lyrics
It actually is a forgotten masterpiece though.
I mean, really, it's fantastic. Siberian Breaks blows my fucking mind. I picked it up on vinyl for RSD a couple of years ago to show my support because I listened to the rip about 40 times. This is coming from someone who really didn't care for OS.
this is better than Angel dust and mr. bungle put together
*waits for the mr bungle fans to throw their sporks at me*
FLOORA FLOORA FLOORA
I listened to this only once last night, and it's been stuck in my head all day.
Now that we're talking about AnCo, I've been listening to them more lately and I think Sung Tongs is their best album.
>"experimental" music album
>one track is 30 minutes long
>it's just pop with quirky samples and more screaming
>POST PUNK IS A SOMETIMES GOOD BUT ULTIMATELY OVERRATED GEnre fagᵍᵒᵒᵒᵒᵗᵗ
¿What's an easy and cheap way of achieving multitrack recording? Like what you would get back in the day with a tascam portastudio, I want to be able to record many tracks at the same time.
Why is this album so overlooked? I think its Swans best work.
because it's not 2 hours long, so people might actually listen to it and realise what utter shite it is
the reason the seer and TBK have such high ratings is because no one has ever actually heard them. people who know better... already know better. and those who don't can continue the false hype train. they're the ultimate poseur band
Just fuck my album up senpai
instant alternative hipster cover art!
Why doesn't this album get the recognition it deserves? I honestly think, as a whole, it's one of the best electronic albums I've heard.
Is this accurate? who am i missing
yo guys i wanna cop a set which one should i get i dont have that much money. it should be good for small clubs. max 100/150 people
>tfw a band released one GOAT EP and then faded into obscurity
music for this feel?
Would this be considered proto math rock?
Some actual contenders for proto math rock would be Mad River - Mad River and Captain Beefheart - Trout Mask Replica.
King Crimson's Discipline is not because proto math rock, just in case.
I'm looking for some more good post-rock
i got you covered familia
reminder that M.I.A. invented vaporwave, death grips, tribal trap, kero kero bonito (so basically PC Music) and rap pop
she's the literal queen mom of good modern music
