What kind of music do your children listen to and how much do you attempt to force your own taste on them?

That picture makes me really uncomfortable.
If I ever have kids I really hope I don't turn into one of "those" Dads.

never got a solution in the last thread
SIDECHAIN ISSUES
sometimes when i use sidechain compression on Bass (sidechain source: kick drum), the bass track makes a clicking sound anytime the compression is triggered by the kick.

what's your attack/release settings?
I asked this in the last thread, but it was pretty far gone by the time I asked:
So I just got pic-related in the mail and I fucking love the little thing.
I've only made shitty little sketches using my 3DS, a Boss DR-670 Drum Machine, an Acoustic Guitar, and a shitty Peavey Mic.
My question is this:
How do I get the most out of this thing? I've never really worked with a hardware recorder before, other than the one I use for work, which is a Zoom H2n.
I'm looking for articles, tips, tricks, and books on how to get the most out...

Did people just abandon this shit? The site still seems broken, half of my scrobbles don't have album art (even hyper pop shit like Death Grips) and overall they just seem to be struggling.
Any alternatives? I hardly use it, but I'm just curious.
hi

I so wish the whole scrobbling industry was reinvented and rebooted, but last.fm is hopeless.
i only use it to dump scrobbles esp since i cant get email notifications for stuff
there arent even notifications for new followers
ITT: The perfect scenario in which to listen to an album
Pic related, you're alone in a cabin during the dead of winter and a storm is growing outside. You put the album on, venturing into the storm, facing your inner demons and the harshness of nature.

wow OP, that was the cringiest thing I read all day. Good job.
You wake up. It's pitch black in your room. You roll over and find that you've managed to roll to the far, untouched side of your bed. Typically, you sleep on the left side of the bed, but somehow you've managed to propel yourself to the side that you're unfamiliar with. The right side. Somehow, the change seems good and you decide to stay there, not falling back asleep but letting your mind drift into an equilibrium that can only be matched to few other feelings in this world. You lay and think about your life. Where are you? Where are you going? Who can...

let dude share his thoughts about the music he loves
that's the fucking purpose of this board after all
and he isn't wrong at all
Fucking fantastic album. Mike Patton is a genius. I'm hearing a bit of a Cardiacs influence in there but it might just be me. What does /mu/ think?
this is the music equivalent of bullying someone on the playground at this point
>>60783846
Don't attribute it to Mike Patton. There are three distinct composers to Mr. Bungle, and all three of them are geniuses.
Mike Patton, the vocalist, Trevor Dunn, the bassist, and Trey Spruance, the guitarist. All three of them have fascinating careers and have put out tons of great music.
Check out Spruance's band the Secret Chiefs 3, specifically their Book of Angels album. And Patton's projects Peeping Tom and Mondo Cane. And Trevor Dunn's basswork in John Zorn's Dreamers project,...

How so?
good or not?
Wonderful, but a little forgettable.
Good Times is a banger. Loud Places is a wonderful driving song.

I can't stand it. Sounds like some ghetto ass song my neighbors dance to all day long.
