Blurryface is more than just a simple selection of songs. It is an experience that is meant to be heard from front to back. While most artists only care about their top 40 singles, 21 Pilots said "Fuck all of that" and put time and effort into literally every song here. You just don't see this much care put into a complete package these days. I liken Blurryface the 70's rock CDs like Dark Side of the Moon and Abbey Road. Those were meant to be listened to all the way through, and so is Blurryface. For that, I give 21 Piliots a 10/10.... this is the best damn...

Does anyone have that program that plays notes really fast so you can get a pseudo poly effect out of a mono midi cable?
Should I fix the MC-303 someone gave me or just trade it for a Volca or something
Will romplers make a comeback once the analog craze is over?
What's a good cheap-ish midi controller? I only really want one for synth VSTs and shit like that but it'd be cool if it had pads too--something like the MPK25 but better i guess.
Shoegaze, dream pop, slowcore, noise rock, space rock all welcome.

Gotta say I really fucking enjoyed Ceres and Calypso. Favorite song on it, probably fallen tree bridge. Anyone got anything like it?
Thoughts on this album?

Had it had it's proper release in 1967, would SMiLE stand above Pet Sounds, Sgt Pepper, Blonde on Blonde et al?
Personally, I think it possibly would. It's remarkable, even now, Surf's Up is the greatest centrepiece to any album ever, and the way they build a whole record around it, teasing little bits of it here and there, constructing a masterpiece around this thread, is genius.
There were a lot of masterpieces in the 60s - the ones I mentioned before, Forever Changes, Revolver, The White Album, Abbey Road, Trout Mask Replica etc., but would SMiLE...

no because the beatles would have made something better in response

>>66178735
I fucking love The Beatles, but they didn't make anything better than Pet Sounds in response.
