Is he actually... you know... black?
Haha wrong PORTRAIT
Do you guys remember the old days when no one liked hiphop except for poor people with no education?
I miss those days. We have so many rap discussions on here that it's not even worth trying to discuss anymore. We have people here who unironically think that young thug is a unique individual just because he raps weird and wears women clothing.
I don't know how much longer I can deal guys. I hope this is a huge ruse.
>Inb4 "LE ROCKIST" meme
I like a lot more than rock
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
/mu/, which DAW do you use? What do you like about it, and what would you change?
Reaper because it is the absolute best thing you could get legally for free.
I'm getting a Focusrite 2i2 sin though (if you can't already tell, I only got into audio engineering pretty recently) and apparently that comes with a lite version of Ableton, so I'm probably gonna try that out.
I use ableton live 9, torrented obviously, and It's great, understandable, but I wish it was just a little more condensed/simplified/user friendly. I've been producing for about 4 years now and I still learn new shit and figure out different techniques practically every time I sit down and work.
as a ahem *hiphop head* here, when it comes to top five fave hiphop albums sly tendencies' (aka earl sweatshirt's) kitchen cutlery is still def on that list- esp when it comes to wordplay, esp taking into account he was 14-16 whilst recording, discuss? am i the only one still fangirling over earl?
Young earl was the best earl honestly. Before he was too ashamed to have fun and make dumb, ignorant lyrics. Now he's wasting his talent and becoming a boring whiny mf doom lite and acting like xanax is cool, even production wise.
Is there a song that has darker lyrics then "Daddy"?
pretty much any song since the lyrics aren't that dark at all
What do you guys think happens when someone from a rival gang releases a really good song? For example bobby shmurdas hot nigga, I think most people can agree that it's a really good song. you think people in rival gangs just pretend not to like it?
Looking for producers to collab with (FL12) also soundcloud thread post yall soundclouds n shit. feedback4feedback
What's your opinion on Roy Orbinson? I think his range was nearly unparalleled.
I'm surprised Fucked Up and Titus Andronicus have never been labeled "hipster punk" the same way Deafheaven and Liturgy were/are labeled "hipster black metal"
comments/thoughts before I listen?
who is this?
I have never had homosexual relationships or even fantasies. But I dream about having sexing with this man all the time. I must admit he has a lot of imagination and he pleases me. Sometimes when I wake up I discover I have had a nocturnal emission.
