it's dumb on so many levels
a) the g in lasagna is not silent, it alters the way the word is said
b) even if you ignore that the comparison is so lazy, "real g's" aren't even vaguely comparable to lasagna
c) even if you get past this too,...

I don't really feel like I'm done with the east central european post soviet states yet; I need to at least listen to these two more albums I downloaded from Ukraine, so I'll do that before I can comment on anything related to Balkan music.
I did, at least in my opinion, a pretty decent write up on Albanian music a year or two ago, wish I still had it.
this is pretty cool

For some reason I only have the second volume. The group has a bunch of recordings. Should probably grab a few more.
So I'm currently trying to complete about half of my course work in the next two days, and I'm in desperate need of some chill ambient music that isn't too distracting. Also just a general ambient music thread
my fav

I sincerely appreciate it anon

Cio D'or, Dasha Rush, Acronym, Polar Inertia, Positive Centre and Voices From The Lake are all pretty good artists.
Perhaps give some artists from Erased Tapes a whirl too. A lot of piano focused ambient and contemporary classical. Olafur Arnolds, Nils Frahm, A Winged Victory For The Sullen and Masayoshi Fujita have releases on that label...
