After thoroughly exploring post-punk I returned to this album and can conclude that it's by far the best the genre has to offer.
agreed. shadowplay, new dawn fades and interzone are among he best the genre has to offer

When do most 20somethings realize they won't make it in music?
they don't, and they go on to their 30's trying to do something. like the biters....

Try an obscure refrence to a lame 80's children's show
put "yung" or "lil" in front of a random word or your name

I am mexican but Im not into that cholo-bald guy wearing jeans with a mustache with a plaid shirt tied only at the top. I dont wear flat brim hat and I dont show my ass. I talk more about either crazy hateful shit or sad pity-me shit. It sounds very homosexual but trust me ok
Any Asian albums to recommend?
Not from japan since i've already got tones of them recommended.
I wonder if there's any of awesome albums from asia without japan.

I'm a high school teacher at LAUSD. Because of today's "credible threat of violence" or whatever the fuck they're calling it, I just sent out a shared document for them to write their favorite bands instead of the regular assignment.

I saw them live a few weeks back (mainly went to this show to see Jeff Rosentsock) and their show was actually pretty bland. I can't say I'm a fan in anyway, or really knew any songs, so maybe I'm not one to judge. But, their show over all kinda bored me.
Boring and slow. I'd rather watch ape hoop.
I prefer Canadian Softball

Can someone please explain the allure of this song?
It's boring as shit, formulaic and the lyrics are cringe worthy, but people are shitting themselves over this like it's the greatest song of our generation/
What the fuck?

because memes are real
I find the beat relaxing and Drake's dancing humorous. It's not a fantastic song but it's a nice change of pace from what is usually spewed out into the top 40.
this song is chill af if u can't appreciate it i just feel sorry for u :(
also if you're concerned about CRED it fucking samples timmy thomas goddamn
Hey /mu/, I don't mean to make a thread about this but if I post in a thread that already exists nobody is going to see it.

i have a conversion setting in foobar that converts lossless files into mp3s and then puts them into itunes.

Hello,
I am working on an essay about Haydn and how he advanced music history. Do any of you have any pointers or general facts about this?
Thanks

He bridges the gap between the baroque and classical eras. No one single person "invented" the classical era, but he comes closest to being the person who did. He also helped popularize the sonata format and the symphony, iirc.
