>pop is dead
Thom ahead of his time shitting on poptamists
The entirety of Radioheads output prior to The Bends is pretty awful, and even that's aged horribly.

i wish they made more bends tho.
ITT: tracks with the best build-ups/climaxes
I'll start: >Bring the Sun

That song from slint
Listening to this for the first time.
Also, the album cover art is really really good in my opinion
>>61139908
one of the best albums ever.
>>61139928
Well i'm at the second song right now, it's really good, but not "best ever" tier in my opinion.
>>61139908
Really good folky-prog album
props for french singing
ITT: Post the worst album you've heard this year. I have no fucking idea why The Wire thought this was the best release from this year.
i dunno, i thought it was pretty good
it was alright. just mediocre compared to other footwork releases this year
>>61139775
Explain what's bad about this.
>>61139840
I mean what's better?
What's the best Scarufficore album and why is it this?

I would only even compare them in terms of experimentation and their uses of it, other than that I would barely draw many straightforward parallels whatsoever.
>tfw all my best friends are metalheads
>tfw By now, think I've found things changed just look re-arranged to me.
REPLY TO MY THREAD, RAPE ACCIDENTS
>tfw she said, wasn't I the guy her friends always called a waste of time.
ITT: Post the "Loveless" of an individual genre (a.k.a. that one album that literally makes every other album of its respective genre pale deeply in comparison)
>inb4 irate SJW's come and flood up this thread by telling me how "white" I am for enjoying this album
>these are the same people who probably listen to RTJ almost daily
what genre is that
didn't that album literally come out yesterday
i don't even know what it is but that's some fucking poor form
>>61139414
Hip-hop
Well, experimental hip-hop if you want to get specific.
>>61139427
Listen to it, it's pretty much almost the opposite of what you'd expect it to be just by looking at the album cover.
How good of a year will 2016 be for music? Let me list off some of the projects we can look forward too next year.

Just had an experience listening to this album while taking a walk this morning. Felt good man.
>That deep bass line at the end of Djed
>>61136733
I've been a lot into early post-rock recently. Have you listened to this one yet? It's pretty gud.
>>61136805
haven't heard it yet but i'll check it out, need to find more good early post-rock
I saw a solo post-rock act called The Eye Of Time in a squat a few weeks ago.
Really apocalyptic, industrial-influenced first wave-esque kinda stuff. Really affected me, I was crying and shit.
Look it up!
holy shit this sucked
2015 was the year of letdowns.
The Post You Have Posted Is Insightful.

I can't cry even when people close to me die. I don't remember when was it that I last cried, but I think that it must have been more than 7 years ago. I feel like I don't have regular feelings as most people, so I'm trying to find something that can make me feel sad. I listened to pic related and in some times I felt really melancholic, but I couldn't cry. Please, make me cry, I want to know how it feels like.
Slap on some headphones, lay down, and see how far you can get into all six hours of the complete Disintegration Loops
If you don't tune out, I swear you will feel like bawling at some point
