Looks like a Baroness cover, but Baroness is certainly not heavier Nickleback.
>>61213372
You're right except for the part about it not being heavier Nickleback

It took me a bit to get into because of how dense it is but I'm really liking the more sombre, nostalgic tone to it compared to other she releases. It's pretty much a reminiscence of the zeitgeist that surrounded the surge of chiptunes back in the mid 2000s.
I think Nostalgic Vibes and Meet Me There capture the album's essence the best. Also I think Artificial Love is a sort of denouncement of current social media culture which I think is pretty interesting... the sort of song that...

Who cares
Music in 2015 sucked so bad, I had to resort to listening to old 1950's swing records like a fucking hipstershit.
>>61213180
But music was great in 2015.
> almost 2015+1
> there are people alive right now who give a shit about the Grammys

Ian Cohen on LCDSS:
>"If LCD Soundsystem were only responsible for three albums that are half-filler and a "workout mix" made by people who clearly don't go to the gym — for people who don't go to the gym themselves — they wouldn't be on this list. No, they deserve special mention for the critical crusade to pass James Murphy off as indie rock's preeminent male role model in spite of, nay, because of his worldview which remains as rigid and obnoxious as Toby Keith's. It is, roughly, that music achieved perfection...

You know, guys, I always wondered why Nickelback got so much hate, so I decided to listen to the the other week. I was very delightfully surprised!
Everything is well written and performed. It's almost on par with Nirvana's bleach. I really don't get why people say they are the worst band ever.
This is a genius pop-rock record and strongly suggest everyone to listen to it

You DON'T!! LOL
(like this post for more similar content in the future)
First you forget any intellectual thought you've ever had about music involving melody harmony or form; none of that quality stuff is necessary
Then make an RYM account. This is the most important step.
Then put your head up your ass. Remember when shitposting saying "Stockhausen and Feldman are just as good as Mozart and Beethoven!" that you have to shout LOUDLY otherwise it gets lost in the anus.
bang your head against it
