how do you feel about this albun?
This is the first time I'm visiting this board, can someone explain why this board is so hated all over 4chan?
Because /mu/ is:
>Elitist but with shit taste (like a more generic /lit/)
>Has bad memes (like a more generic /tv/)
>Is more liberal than other boards without any intelligence behind the politic
/mu/ is the hipster board. Nobody likes us, except for /sp/ (bros for life) and /x/ (spooky music).
There are plenty of worse boards, and /mu/ genuinely has a lot of cross-board posters.
I somehow completely missed this when it happened. Did they seriously change their name because a bunch of butthurt diaspora were pretending to be offended about a war nobody in Vietnam actually cares about?
No wonder kids gravitate to hip-hop now, even fairly abrasive rock bands are full of castrated girly men while rappers are the only young musicians to actually present something dangerous or subversive.
who the fuck listens to post-punk that has their feelings by about the name of the opposing side in a war that happened half a century ago being used by a band? I'm Polish-American and I'm pretty fucking sure I would not give a solitary shit if some underground band named themselves the KGB to be edgy.
What exactly did she mean by this?
A friend and I are playing some acoustic sets with a guitar and a cajon. What is some patrician music that we can play, while also being accessible?
So far we have:
The Beatles - Come Together
Arcade Fire - Wake Up
Dirty Projectors - Swing Lo Magellan
Vampire Weekend - Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa
Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
>first track on the album is 30secs of ambient sounds
>first track on the album is made by the beatles
Why do metalfags complain that their music isn't understood by people but then permeate elitism?
How does a person 'permeate elitism'?
Do you mean 'exude'?
And the answer is the same as for every subculture. People want simultaneously to think of their lifestyle as the best possible lifestyle, and to keep it to themselves.
Nearly 2 million Americans are incarcerated in the prison system, prison system of the US.
The percentage of Americans in the prison system, prison system, has doubled since 1985.
All research and successful drug policy show that treatment should be increased
And law enforcement decreased while abolishing mandatory minimum sentences
Drug money is used to rig elections and train brutal corporate sponsored dictators around the world.

Rate, rec, feel bad.
those aren't even girls
Am I the only one who fees like this guy is incredibly overrated? If we're talking about greatest American songwriter, I'd say Paul Simon. Dylan doesn't even come close.
Have you listened to Hearts and Bones? And, even worse, Stranger to Stranger?
>My head is a lollipop
>My head's a lollipop and everyone wants to lick it
>I wear a hoodie now so I won't get a ticket
>I write my verse for the universe
What do you think of Keane?
Do you still have your physical collection? CDs, vinyls and even tapes were comfy as hell back then.
Accurate? Post others if any come to mind
We all know this is AOTY right?
or is /mu/ still letting shitty critics influence their decisions
Haven't heard an album this good since jamie xx's in colour
5/10 at best
and the best is New Romantic [dat bass esp]
opn-esque opener sounds too amateur and lazy
midi keyboards sounds too high and plastic in the mix
ambient parts are just flat
distorted kick is annoying af since his last lp
with luxury problems it all went downhill
