What does /mu/ think about this song? Or Lorde in general?
Anyone else absolutely blown away by this album? I think it's a perfect blend of mainstream, hook-y pop music combined with a Sigur Ros-inspired atmosphere. It's so interesting and refreshing. <3
>Album has skits
>First track is the best track
>Second is the worst
>Last track is the worst song on the album

So is this thing actually good (i.e. can it play music without scratching LP's) or is it just a meme like the Portable Crosley?
>cartridge doesn't look replaceable
>12" LP can't even fit under the dust cover
albums your mom told you to stop playing on the speakers because it makes my uncle ( who lives with us for 3 years long story he might have schizophrenia and gets scared easily by things like the fridges ice cycle you know ) uncomfortable.
Hey guys, my friend found this in the trash.
Aparantly it's a guitalele.
You guys have any experience with it? Any tips?
leave it where it belongs. if you want a ukelele you can get one for like 20 bucks. if you want a guitar you can get a decent one for like 50. i can tell your right now, you don't want a guitalele.
You got me wrong man, I've been playing guitar for a few years now, and this just seems like a cool thing to fuck around with. Asking you guys because I don't know shit about a soprano guitar.
Why do white writers describe hip-hop releases as having "dropped"? Is that ethnic?
If you are objective and do really like Music, this album must be in your Top 20
I've been avoiding listening to Death Grips for the longest time and finally I broke down and gave them a listen.
I've been looking up some of the lyrics because I really can't understand what MC Ride is saying most the time.
"I light my torch and burn it. I am the beast I worship." Is one of the lyrics that has stood out to me the most.
Any other good/favorite lyrics that anyone else may have?
i haven't been on this board since yeezus so i don't know how you guys are with this now so maybe i'm posting in the shitposting general
but his lyrics are genuinely some of the most thought provoking that i know of in modern music. he's really a poet, imo, and captures the spirit of modern america incredibly well, as well as touching on occult topics which are of great interest to me. trying to figure out god. power. paranoia. just feelings and thoughts i relate to a lot and see all around me
>I've been waiting for a guy to come and take me by the hand, could these sensations make me feel the pleasure of another man.
What did he mean by this?
ITT your favorite track from your favorite ambient album
Darkside - Golden Arrow, is the last track on an Ambient album that I really enjoyed and kept relistening to.
Other then that, I never really remember specific tracks on ambient releases. The whole album sorta phases into one, which is a good thing don't get me wrong.
