I'm OP, and this is wrong.
This album is so fucking good, fishmans general senpaitachi, what's ya favorite fishmans album, favorite song, let's discuss this fucking band
You can find video recordings of each song on YouTube. Here's Long Season:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USZbPvVd9A0
Unfortunately, the dudes doing the filming aren't very good at it. Most of it is either spent focusing on the whole stage or zooming in on Sato even if he's not doing anything but everyone else is. This is the biggest issue during Oh Slime, where the members introduce themselves and do something cool but you can't fucking see it.
Also, Honzi (the girl on keyboard/violin/accordion) is super cute.

Fav is Long Season pretty basic, but I've listened to Uchu Nippon Setagaya and it's pretty great

Did your friends at least congratulate you on Facebook?

>having cuckbook
leave normie
>artist doesn't use social media
>never does interviews
>no red carpet
>during live shows doesn't talk or get political in between songs
:) :) :) :) :) :)
Is it possible for new or up and coming artist to even do any of these thing? Social media is one thing, but not doing at least one interview might be a bit counter-productive.

If your music is good enough, you don't need it. Actually it might help you by not doing it, makes you seem mysterious and more interesting
>artist doesn't even come out on stage to play
>they play backstage and the sound is put out from speakers on stage
>has a custom built outfit that sits on their head and drapes curtains over their body to preserve anonymity
>no improvisation or anything distracting, just plays exactly how the song is on the album
>doesn't have a presence on the internet at all and has someone going to every place they might be mentioned...

Making this thread has made me wonder... Has a band ever released a new years show on CD?
Why is Slipknot able to find mainstream success but Death Grips isn't?

Thanks, anon. Are these all modern performances of traditional music?
Why doesn't he get talked about on /mu/?
I love all of his stuff from 1969 to, say, 1980.
His debut album is surprisingly proggy. And I recently heard his material for the soundtrack of 1971 film, 'Friends'.

Evening guys,
I recently got some recording equipment for my drums to exacerbate the songwriting process with some friends of mine and I'm having a good deal of trouble making them sound normal. I have a PYLE PDKM7 mic kit and a PYLE 8-channel mixer. I'll post my setup. I'm currently running and RCA-3.5mm to my computer from my mixer and using reaper, but I'm getting absolutely terrible sound quality; I mean it sounds like my iphone. Phasing doesn't seem to be an issue, it just sounds really really bad and I'm looking for suggestions as to fix it. Thanks guys.

22. Autre Ne Veut - Age of Transparency
The first time I listened to Blackstar, I was so repelled by it that I listened to nothing but John Coltrane and Sonny Rollins for hours afterwards. Anything to wash the blank, semi autistic, pimple faced white-boyness of this album out of my mind. Last night I had the misfortune to be somewhere "Lazarus" was playing, and as they say, it was Deja Vu all over again. I'm not sure but that being able to actually hear the words being mumbled didn't make it worse.
Hopefully, this barbling, stumbling bad joke of an album will someday get the disrespect it...
