How do really obscure musicians (noise, sound art, ect) make a steady income. I'm talking about people who nobody really knows

my buddies and i made this. Still working on it though
HMV sold one turntable per minute this Christmas.
Amazon's best selling home audio product this Christmas was a turntable.
Most of my friends who are into some form of Urban-outfitters-core music either own a turntable or are considering buying one.
Will the Vinyl hype ever die and what spurred the revival to begin it?
>Will it die
Yes it will eventually die down
>What spurred the revival
Nostalgic, mouthbreathing 80's kids that wanted to be contrarians and look down their noses at digital. Money hungry record labels that love charging kids $30 for pieces of oil. Retarded indie bands jumping on the fad to make money.
A backlash I've seen is when kids get shitty turntables and think their record sound even more horrible than it's supposed to. They either put a penny on it and ruin everything even faster or just keep listening to music on their iphones.

Idk which is worse, Cassettes or Vinyl
I have no idea. Maybe the hype will decrease but I hope it doesn't die.

It's a well known fact that RATM are complete cunts.
>Rapfags constantly berating rock for being stuck in the past
>The Hip-Hop AOTY is a 90s G-Funk and Jazz Rap throwback

That album was really fucking good
>attacking a rap album for being a funk album and a jazz album
it's the combination of the things that makes it stand out dude
it also contained spoken word and a lot of theatrical elements.

>I left treatment a year and a half ago, and I've had more relapses and episodes than I could even count. This record is still very, very much where I'm at. There are a million things out there every single day that trigger me—songs, smells, even the season that we're in, fall. Something about the air. I left rehab in January and relapsed within hours of getting home. I just remember the smell of the air. I'll never ever forget that for the rest of my life.
