Hi /mu/, I'm a singer who's been in a few small bands and recently I've decided to adopt and perform as an alter ego character, akin to what Bowie did with Ziggy Stardust and the Thin White Duke. Got an ideas?
I'm a girl, btw.
The thin white camwhore. Show your butthole to the audience every show and call it a commentary on internet culture.

/thread you have your answer op
So I listen to bands that sing in higher pitches, like almost falsetto high but its not and I really want to have the ability to sing like that
An example of this is tame impala, at the start he sung quite low (check out 'the sun') and then in lonerisn he sounded like a mix between MJ and Lennon, I want to be able to have a range like that and is wondering if anyone has any tips
Also I've tried YouTube videos but they ramble on about bullshit
You could always just record that shit and then chipmunk it like Kanye

tighten your vocal chords and just try as hard as you can
>>61758362
try pic related
Prove this isn't the best album of our time.
Pro tip: You can't
Muh arpeggios and muh reverb
Pic related is far superior
Radiohead has become super under-rated here. Like hip-hop in '09 /mu/
As hyped and talked about as they are, they're still an amazing group of artists that have consistently made groundbreaking contributions to [pop] music.
People get caught up on, say, the electronics not being as adventurous as autechre or aphex twin, but I'd honestly contend that if they actually wanted to, they could've made music like that. But that would be missing the point. The point of radiohead's music often lies in restraint, especially when it comes to experimentation. And proper restraint, as genius as it is, is something rarely recognized.
Hey /mu/nsters, im a bedroom producer and I make EDM and i need some song ideas to remix into a good dance track. Any song youve heard that you always thought would sound good as a dance track? Comment the song and possibly a link?
kill yourself and record it

Well? Answer the question OP.

Is it fair to say that Bowie in the video for Heroes is the coolest thing ever?

It's about a B.
86/100 on metacritic is pretty damn good.
Anything above 80/100 is definitely great by that site's standards
