Help me /mu/, I accidentally listened to this for the first time after listening to Deathconciousness/ Corey Giles, both of which I listened to after Blackstar. In short, I'm in a Feels Loop and I want out. I have now completely been bogged down in negativity and I really need something to get me out of this funk.
I prescribe you 80 minutes of Storm the Studio

What does it mean /mu/?
didn't cedric blow his voice out years ago? i've memorized relationship of command front to back but realistically speaking, this'll probably be shit
hopefully not just milking the cash cow
Possible new album, but it's most likely another tour.
I'm excited
>You will never hear bitch don't kill my vibe for the first time again
You're right I won't even hear bitch don't kill my vibe or anything else by this incredibly streamlined rapper that people like for some reason

Honestly, Lodger and Scary Monsters sound like Talking Heads albums. I was actually thinking about this the other day.
Maybe that's why I like them more than Heroes.
Also Fashion and Burning Down the House are ridiculously similar.

Based on these wonderful first 19 days of the new year, what album (including leaks) stacks up as your AOTY so far?
Pic related for me. Surprisingly good all around

In competition with Blackstar, this album seems to hold it's own.

Why hasn't anyone tried to match the quality of this album?

people try. just different genres and not everyone knows music theory.
I think musicians are wary to get into musical territory that's proven to drive you insane.

I was speaking to a friend earlier who said he had some amazing news. He's a big Nick Drake fan, and he claims to have recently come into possession of a very rare bootleg demo of an unreleased Nick Drake song. He's sent me the demo, and it sounds authentic, but I definitely don't recognise the song; it's not from any of Drake's albums, pre-existing bootlegs, or rarities boxsets.
http://vocaroo.com/i/s1rebqGf89Ju Here's a section from the demo he sent me. Is it really one of Drake's, /mu/?
No Drake fans on /mu/?
