Post your favourite riffs
guitar, bass, synth riffs, I don't care
all genres are welcome
name as many as you want, just try to keep it at one riff per artist
In no particular order, these are my current favourites:
Black Sabbath - Into The Void
Budgie - Guts
Amboy Dukes - Great White Buffalo
Gentle Giant - Wreck
Billy Cobham - Stratus
Led Zeppelin - In My Time Of Dying
Blue Oyster Cult - Godzilla
Devo - Girl U Want
The other one went 404
You know the rules, also let's maybe rate each other's bandcamp page in terms of design and album cover
>shoegaze, trap, dreampop
>music to fall asleep to
Dropped a new single last week. Dig.
>Ambient, Modern Classical
>Solo Piano-based music
>Best used as a background music to noisy surroundings
I'll listen to some of you, give some reviews/recs and such soon!
>ITT BEST SONG THAT STARTS WITH COUNTING (typically 1,2,3)
>tfw none of Pitbull songs actually start with counting
this album is the shittiest and most overrated album on this board. it boggles my mind how people consider this one of the greatest albums of all time, when it's not even the greatest album of that year imo (spiderland). fight me on this you faggots
It's just a matter of time when she will deliver her next masterpiece
I honestly don't expect much from the next album. and I love annie. but atm she's just been doing custom mixtapes and fucking a coked up model
I don't see any inspiration that will lead to a masterpiece. but I could be wrong
Let's talk about black metal bands today who are making real black metal. Real black metal would be, mayhem before euronymous died, for example. I think examples of real black metal today would be dodsengel, beketh nexehmu, jute gyte. Bands that are not in it for show, but for embracing the serious nature of black metal. Too often in black metal today, we see people destroying the scene by making black metal about putting on a show, something euronymous would be been outraged over.
Divine Blasphemy - Beyond The Portal (no bullshit gimmicks is like Blaze era Darkthrone and Greek Black Metal)
Dark Fury - Synningthwait (polish black metal that's all about the riffs)
Sammath - Godless Arrogance (Pure Holocaust on steroids)
Albums with no flaws
Product is annoying as fuck
I am looking for albums with lots of tracks on them. Examples are Drukqs (30), Geogaddi (23) and Double Nickels On The Dime (45). Total album lenght can be anything, as long as the album contains at least over 20 tracks on it.
ITT: albums that have 10/10 song(s) as well as 1/10 song(s) and you have to name which ones
Tommy by the who
Eyesight to the Blind
Pinball Wizard (mainly due to the fact that it's so overplayed I want to kill myself when I hear it)
10/10: Me and Sarah Jane
1/10: Who Dunnit
What does /mu/ think of 21 pilots ?
IDA IDA IDA IDA IDAHO
Posting a picture of an artist and quoting lyrics in all-caps doesn't constitute real discussion.
