>Noah Lennox has been described by some friends and colleagues as racist. His friend Danny Fields, the American journalist who helped him sign to Domino Records, described him as "Nazi-esque", saying: "Every once in a while there'd be something about Jews and I'd be, 'But Noah, I'm Jewish,' and he was like 'Yes, yes, I don't mean you.' He had a definite Nordic Aryan streak, [the belief] that he was physically, spiritually and creatively superior," a view he appears to have continued to maintain...

I want to get into Taylor Swift. What's her best album?
No clue. I just wanna get into Taylor Swift herself.
None of them.
Red
Is this his most underrated album?
its hilarious how quickly rappers become irrelevant. Nas' debut came out the same year as Radioheads and we still talk fondly about one. rough life for rappers man

Is this the most overrated band in the history of music?
>start as decent post-punk
>hop on the goth rock trend and release a couple of breddy gud albums
>churn out nothing but utter crap and top-40 baits for the next 20 years
>people remember and appreciate you from the old stuff and are completely oblivious to anything you released since like 1992
no that would be the smiths
Out of their 13 albums there are only 3 or so that are arguably bad.
i loved their last album. That shit had some great songs. underneath the stars is straight up beautiful through a pair of headphones and a joint.
Hello, /mu/.
I was thinking about chords, and just got to wondering.
What if there was an "H" chord?
I know that it is impossible, because there are only 12 notes in most Western music, but what would it sound like if it did exist?
Like an existing microtonal note. You're just dividing the octave by 13 instead of 12, so everything shifts downwards slightly apart from middle C.
Death Grips
It would sound slightly out of tune because you're not used to the kind of dissonances that would appear from using a 13-TET scale.
'Ye argued that MBDTF wasn't as groundbreaking as the albums the preceded and followed it.
"You know, people extend their brand for a long time. There's true moments of genius, then there are moments of looking through the archives and putting shit together," he said. "So many people rate Dark Fantasy as my best album, but Yeezus and 808s are so much stronger. Dark Fantasy to me is... almost like, an apology record. 'Power' was the least progressive song that I've ever had as a first single.... least challenging."
MBDTF: Plebeian's choice
808s: Contrarian's choice
Yeezus: Patrician's choice
I have been waiting for people to recognize this
He's not wrong. MBDTF isn't as experimental as 808s or Yeezus, but it is still the better album because it perfected the formula that started from 808s.
What are some good Chinese albums?
If you are talking about mainstream, it is really not worth paying attention to. The song-writing is formulaic and the lyrics are sappy if not comically melancholic. With that said, I would recommended this album Jay chou put out when he wasn't so shit.

The playlist is the album. Underground wise, I am not knowledgeable enough(I have zero knowledge).
Elephant Gym is Taiwanese if that counts
I'd love to know some good chinese act too
as someone who learnt mandarin language(forgot it all now fuck), they could make some seriously interesting sound if they tried with that pronounciation
I mean one time i've been to little chinese girls singing competition and it was fantastic.

Pretty ignorant to talk about Cameo like that. They existed as a band for over 30 years and had radio hits prior to Word Up that you just aren't aware of.
