what's /mu/'s favourite king crimson album?
the 3 ive seen most discussed on here are ItCotCK, Red and Discipline, but i've never seen a universally agreed opinion
op's is pic related and thats not going to change but im interested in what y'all think
Well the general consensus is that ITCOTCK, Larks, and Red are the best three and nobody holds it against choosing any of those as your favorite. Discipline is a close fourth, if you like new wave stuff then you are in your right to call that your favorite. Crimson is seriously GOAT tier band
I would argue that Discipline, whilst bringing a new sound and some fresh ideas due to Belew's influence, is not really in the same league as LTiA or Red.
It just doesn't really have the same kind of face melters that the pre-1974 big albums had.
how do I get into sun ra?
You can start with this....
if you were into jazz, you wouldn't ask the question.
if you're not into jazz, you won't into sun ra, but you can still tell people you're into sun ra because that's all anyone wants anyway when they ask this question. they like his image/aesthetic and they like the idea of being the kind of person who likes sun ra.
tldr: oh u like sun ra? cool me too.
For some unknown reason I really afraid of listening to Jimi Hendrix. Do you /mu/ have any artist that they're afraid to listen to?
>be band for 30 years
>write one good album
Do we need to upgrade this?
I say add TPAB or blackstar.
Why does /mu/ hate David Bowie?
