this been making the rounds on here the last few days. what does /mu/ think about it?
i like it. been playing it the last couple days. that aquafina track is really good.
hey man I know you're posting your own shit, its pretty obvious. You post this EP in band camp threads and reply to it with the same responses. I know you want people to hear it, and you are probably really proud of it but honestly man it really is not good. like it's just not and as soon as people listen to it they'll realise you are shilling your own bullshit and they'll watch out for you and remember your work. so ease up man but people can see through this.

Listen to this guy. That was the most polite reply you'll ever get in regards to shilling shitty bandcamp albums
>>63498814
good for you, cus that's not the case lol. people can like shit and repost it even if it's not well known without samefagging.
Was Bowie right?
No. Lorde is shit. Bowie is amazing though.
>>63498725
She's completely dropped off the radar
Why is Bowie always such a contrarian?
I Can't Give Everything Away will be released as a single on April 8th, I wonder if Bowie recorded a video for it.
I hope so, that would be pretty cool. But Lazarus was such a good finisher, i hope they don't ruin it.
>I wonder if Bowie recorded a video for it
WELL HE CAN'T GIVE EVERYTHING AWAY
>>63498507
That's not what the song is implying, anon.
Can you tell the difference between MP3 320, MP3 VBR and FLAC? What's your audio setup?
m4a, mostly.
2:1 with bookshelves and a sub, can tell the difference between 320 and vbr but not between 320 and flac
No. Budget 5.1 system and DT770's. I don't really mind though, being audiophile sounds pretty expensive.
Who is the modern pink floyd?
Pink floyd

Well, /mu/? How can anyone hate country music?
and all this time i thought it was about how women are the devil and killing black people.
I like country. Although I don't give a shit about lyrics. I just love me the twangy vocals and violins.
>>63497107
>women are the devil
This is true though
>>63497073
I hate everything except rap and country. Radiohead ftw :)

>Scotty Pippen and trippin'

Thoughts? I think it's pretty disgusting
That's a neat doodle of an umbrella.

This,
the cover art is pretty cool I guess but fuck this band and their music
who even listens to this shit
Hi, /mu/, newcomer here
I play guitar, mostly fingerstyle classical stuff (I play a wide range, but that is my favorite)
I signed up to volunteer with a hospice, where the elderly and the dying go to live out the rest of their life in comfort, and I go in and play guitar for them. I've been volunteering for about a month now, and my limited repertoire is mostly depleted.
I was just hoping you all could point me to some soothing classical guitar pieces. Simple ones preferred, so that I'll be able to play them within a month, but I'll also accept...

John Fahey and a lot of other American Primitive Guitar artists offer what you're asking for.
Here's Fahey's "Poor Boy Long Ways From Home", along with a tab.

Thanks, friend, I'll look into this. Can't listen to it right now, because I'm at the university library and I forgot to bring my headphones like a dolt, but I'll save any links and start learning them after work
Also, Make America Great Again
That's a great thing to do, Anon.
Try out this album. If you find it fitting, you should try out his other music.

I also strongly suggest you check out Bibio. Some of what you'll find is dancey with beats, and that's not the material I mean. He also has beautiful guitar arrangements like this:

Keep it up.
So it's basically exactly the same as all of that Anticon music (Why?, Clouddead, etc) but has a major hit on the radio so we need to hate it?
Never listened to Clouddead, but I'd take Why? almost any day of the week over TOP.
Whiny, no guts music without any personality to make up for it IMO. To each their own as always, however.
This is the 5th time you've made this thread. stop shit posting.
The key difference is that Anticon has great production and Twenty One Pilots always sounds so sterile and soulless as fuck
Holy shit more of this

Twenty One Pilots
No one. One of a kind fám
Back in high school whilst studying music, I always considered this a test on how intelligent someone was.
If they intuitively understood the CoF, they were at a high standard of intelligence.
If it took them a few weeks to understand it completely, they were average.
To the people who STILL don't understand it, they were a lost fucking cause.
I remember this vividly because each and every person that couldn't wrap their head around it would inevitably fail that section of the test or simply drop out of the class.
So what about you...

I was too lazy to try and just dropped the subject because let's be honest, it's best to focus on subjects that actually get you somewhere in life
>>63495873
Funny you say that, because those who intuitively understood this at my school would typically be excelling in their other classes too.
Bet you get a lot of pussy with this kind of thinking
