What does /mu/ think of Meatloaf?
How did we go from Bebop to free jazz and then to free improvisation?

My uncle just got a baby, and I don't want it to turn out as pleb as him. What records should I send him? (and also, while I'm not allowed to ask - what Tarantino or Kubrick is best suited for a newborn?)
>watching your cousin to turn into a social outcast based off his music tastes
Don't ruin his life, m8. He can still be saved. Did you even consider if he'd want to be invited to parties, get a GF, etc...?
What do you think of Led Zeppelin? Should I get into them? What's their best album?
Yes, get into them. They're a great rock band even if they are dadrock and a tad overrated. Physical Graffiti is definitely their best album, but most of their discography is great. Listen to everything except In Through the Out Door, that one's garbage. Presence is pretty good because it has Nobody's Fault But Mine and Achilles Last Stand.
>No music sounds loud anymore
>have to put captions on when I watch tv
>I didn't even go to any concerts I just used earbuds nonstop for about 3 years
How are your ears /mu/
How much do you care for the current state of audio dynamic range?
I personally will always seek out a recording with the highest DR and loathe the whole swathe of "digitally remastered" albums that just sound louder. Music is so compressed nowadays that in ten years literally every song will sound like Atari chip tunes.
I care, but I won't seek out the absolute best DR pressing/CD rip of an album unless the others are terrible (Frances the Mute and Deloused in the Comatorium are some where I downloaded a vinyl rip instead)
Do you like FKA twigs, senpai?
Which is the best WWE wrestler theme? Feel free to discuss any other related subjects, if there are any...
Don't take this shit too seriously

My girlfriend loves this album, /mu/
Should I listen to it?
yes. if you like it, thats fine. if you dont, thats fine too, but dont be a dick telling her that
but dont let her tell you its a work of art, either, or that the lyrics are anything other than typical teenage shit
i like to groove out to The Judge personally
