This guy is riiiidiculously overhyped, how did a man with such poor bars get this far?
I don't believe in guilty pleasures
Say what you want about Dave Grohl but I think he's right about this. You have to be self loathing to call the music that you enjoy guilty pleasures.

so if listening to your music through iTunes isn't the same as another music platform, whats the best way to get the most out of your music digitally?
I want to be able to access my music from anywhere, so I use Plex. Should give Subsonic/Madsonic a try too, heard good things about them.
If you have a server with some decent storage, or an always-on computer at home or something, it's really the only way to go.
kicking out roommate and moving all her things out of the house bc she is good for nothing and hasn't been here in months. should I keep pic related for myself? It's her only record and she doesn't actually own a record player. I do and I should get into Panda Bear anyway so... makes sense to me
Already listened to everything Ed Banger, looking for somebody with the angry sound of SebastiAn.
You are a good person for making this thread, OP. Simply obsess over Sebastian's live sets for over a year, as I did.
In the past, Youtube had a complete set of Sebastian's "president" campaign, live at the Avalon, it seems to have been taken down. The singlar genius of this man is a fright to behold, but we have fragments of his categorical perfection, viz an early (first?) live large-scale concert appearance. Look at this fucking presence, good staff helping:
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
I do not tire of seeing live demonstrations of the neus remix. Here we have Sebastian and Busy P, and then it segues into dirty normie-dom.
How did your tastes change since you were a kid/teenager /mu/?
I used to be heavily biased against indie, rap, post-rock, shoegaze, pop, and related genres that didn't rely on complex instrumentation. I grew up learning music classically, and then learning how to play jazz/metal once I got a guitar.
But then I got older and learned what the feels were, and now I can actually appreciate stuff that might not be that complex, but brings out emotions nonetheless. Also with rap finding conscious hip-hop and rap using jazz beats turned me onto it.
wasn't really into music until I was 15 or 16; at that point I started listening to Green Day, Paramore, Linkin Park
then I sorta lost interest in music, it wasn't until I was 19 (2 years ago) that I started getting back into music, starting with stuff like Fleetwood Mac and Stevie's solo career, Beatles, Gerry Rafferty and Bob Seger
over time, I got more into top 40 pop, that makes up most of my listening these days desu but I sometimes listen to folk and prog
I started browsing /mu/ when I was 14.
I'm almost 20 now and my tastes in music has stayed reasonably the same since then.
I have no idea if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
post lyrics, others record them
My shell is hard, but my heart is soft, that's a metaphor for the love I've lost, these two hands you'll never again hold, the ones that once saved yours from the cold, and my two feet they will not be, next to you but under me, as I walk alone through the streets we used to know.
For me its lightning bolt.
What's your /mu/?
which one is best?
Why is this album godtier, /mu?
Listenalong at XX:45
If he was on the album it would have been so much better. He could have FLESHED out so many OF their ideas. What do you think /mu/?
am i fucked if i actually enjoy this album a lot?
at first i thought it was the worst thing the flaming lips have ever done apart from the dark side of the moon album, but its actually quite terrible but in a good way
