Flame, one of my favourite shoegaze bands from Chile, just released their debut LP today. Can't describe my happyness rn. They've two EPs that are really fucking great also, sadgaze/alternative rock like.
Will get a DL for you guys soon

She switched to light brown to black, to black to red, to red to blue and then has been maintaining black from the last 18 years. Though everyone has literally forgot she is light brown haired.
For once there are no bandcamp threads in the catalogue, but like 12 soundcloud threads.
So, Fresh Bandcamp thread. Rate, comment, listen. I'll stay around to comment on other people's music

Dirty Waves - Folk Songs For Guitar And Accordion in the Key of C,
Lo-fi folk, bedroom folk, sorta pop-ish. All acoustic except for fuzzy bass and instruments

I "don't" like Heathcliff
I've never listened to a hip hop album with vocals that I liked
Syd Barrett > Nick Mason > Everyone else in Pink Floyd is artistically irrelevant
Geologist is the greatest AnCo member. He's the reason Danse and Hollinndaggain are their best releases.
Daniel Johnston gets compared to Brian Wilson a lot but I listen to Daniel's music more
shoegaze ain't a real genre, everyone's ripping off mac and Jesus and Mary chain
Ween is literally the best band of the 90's
Public image ltd > sex pistols
Nirvana...

TO those who claim that Classical music today has lost some of its lustre, turn to Christian THIELEMANN.
I've been listening and studying Thielemann all day.
What an extraordinary joy. He towers above them all!
Discuss all things Classical in this thread.
Someone earlier requested good recommendations for classical music that gave a beautiful and vivid dreamscape impressions.
I recommend Debussy and Ravel. These are the perfect choices.
They both share delicate command of nuance and they creations are entirely otherworldly and gorgeous.
>tfw I always though that Early Mozart was mediocre compared to his later works
>tfw I just listened to Piano Concerto No. 2
Is it impossible to not underrate Mozart?

>Is it impossible to not underrate Mozart?
there's a thread on reddit:classical music that celebrates beethoven being voted no.1 over mozart this year in a classicfm poll. i shouldn't at all be bothered because 1. classicfm and 2. reddit. but still, the thread absolutely makes my blood boil.
it does prove the point though, once again, that beethoven is for children and mozart for adults.
old thread is old
