Is there any EDM music that is album worthy?
Sure Zedd, Major Lazer, and Jack U have good tracks, good party songs, but it's all formulaic?
Is there an edm album that breaks this convention?
Why do rockists try to bring their rockism into everything?
as if there aren't entire albums made up of awful music that is extremely formulaic and derivative?
why are they so fixated on their album format as if that's the only way a artist can be a "real"?
Sorry for not being clearer. Was typing this while rewatching Zedd's Coachella set last night. I think something unique and avant garde is what i'm looking for.
Lol. Not even a rockist sensei, just someone who is looking for a more through experience that isn't just a mix of tracks held together by a predictable formula of drops
ITT: Best albums of their respective artists.
Pic very much related.

Why isn't the Jazzmaster as popular as the Strat or Tele?
>band's name is Genesis
>they don't even run SEGA games
oh god...I didn't want to tell this story but here it goes:
it was 2013 and CHVRCHES first record had just dropped. i instantly fell in love with it after the first listen. i knew i just had to see them live so I went to their first concert in my area. i went alone since all of my friends only listen to metal. i had a real blast and sang along to all the songs. after the concert was over Iain and Martin invited me and a couple of other guys back stage. Lauren was back there, and at first she was really aloof and quiet. as time went on she got more and more talkative....

The Fuck How is noone talking about this new MIchael Gira Record?
How do I become as good of a musician as Wayne Coyne?
Nirvana destroyed the music.
This shit-band made metal softer, turn rock into a "teen music" with all this shit teen bands, create the idea that everyone could produce music without artistic ideas or technique.
Just turn the radio, its full of: shit-teen rock bands (i like to call it "shiteen bands"); comerical trash pop music created by whores; uninteresting empty eletronic songs and others artistic-vacuous musicians ... AND ITS ALL NIRVANA FAULT
We live in the worst age of music, thanks to Nirvana
