Nice, Peter Tosh is great. Honestly prefer his solo stuff to The Wailers
>>64143399
I'm actually pretty pleb when it comes to reggae. I started to listen to Bob Marley and The Wailers and it turned out they're pretty good. Now I'm diving into the solo stuff from the members. Pretty interesiting genre thus far.

EUROKEKS ON SUICIDE WATCH
The fact that so many Americans still believe it should be illegal to marry a 12-year-old only tells you how far America still is from becoming a serious culture. The Europeans have long recognized that the greatest relationships of all times are between male adults and female adolescents, who are the most biologically fit to produce offspring, as well as the most physically attractive. Followers of the Muslim faith rank the highly controversial Aisha over all of their prophet Mohammed’s other wives, who were far past the prime age for reproduction. Americans are still blinded...

Hey /mu/, normie country excluded - what are some decent alt-country or classic country albums I can listen to?
>>64142197
Souled American - Notes Campfire or Frozen.
>>64142275
Definitely what I was looking for, thanks.
Your pic is a nice choice. Here are my favorites (putting live albums in here b/c the best country music is live)
Classic Country:
Johnny Cash - At Folsom Prison
Townes Van Zandt - s/t
Waylon Jennings - Waylon Live
John Prine - s/t
Gram Parsons - Grievous Angel
Modern/Alt-Country:
Sixteen Horsepower - Live March 2001
Blaze Foley - Live at the Austin Outhouse
Magnolia Electric Company - s/t
Alison Krauss + Union Station Live
The Jayhawks - Tomorrow the Green Grass
Also that Neko Case record reminds me a lot of Ryan Adams, so...

Why do some people think In rainbows is Radiohead best album? I'm ok with them saying it's their favorite, but to say it's their best is a bit stretching it. I think the album is great. find it a bit too boring and not as sonically interesting as radiohead other works.
K.
Agreed. Many others swear by it, and idk why

Anything good out there? I want to be able to really work deeply with the programs that are out rather than use them at a basic level and come out with generic-sounding, lacking in detail tracks
Mixing Secrets for the Small Studio is what your looking for.

What do you think makes a great vocalist/front-man?
Pic related is in my opinion a great vocalist/front-man, but if you don't agree, that's fine, please share your opinions.
Starpower. Charisma. Originality.
IMO being a good music is not a prerequisite for being a great frontman. I hate Aerosmith but I recognize that Steven Tyler is (well, was) a badass frontman. I like MGMT but their live performances are absolutely meh because Andrew is not a fun frontman
I find Mizutani to be a rather strange frontman, because I think he's a very good one, but he breaks most of the "good frontman" laws - he has no charisma, he's not very energetic, his vocals aren't the focus of his songs, and he has no real presence off stage. Yet his mysterious nature manages to make up for it.
>>64141974
agree 100%. crypticness builds interest and in a way makes up for charisma
