What are your thoughts on industrial music?
>>64055694
I love most of what it influenced but I've had trouble finding oldschool stuff I like outside of the most popular and obvious bands because I've found that it tends to have an extreme variety of both sound and quality. plus /mu/ has only a few people actually interested in it.

I'm referring to industrial records era industrial and the stuff that sounds like it. throbbing gristle, monte cazazza, SPK, test dept., Einstürzende Neubauten. that kind of stuffq

If you're going to fake a Radiohead album, don't make the song titles corny as shit, don't make it a fucking double LP, and through in songs that'll actually probably be on there, like The Present Tense.
Cringing so hard right now, because I bet you lowkey think these are all really cool song titles. Christ.
Yeah like radiohead would use such edgy song titles
this is some king crimson shit right here
radiohead will never release a double album

True Hermetic Deep Rock are bands such as Kate Bush, Led Zeppelin, Rush, CMX, Tool, the Smiths and Genesis. You can listen to your Metallica if you want to, but you don't understand anything about true Gurdjieffic Gnostic Rock. You are just a poser and can fuck off the whole scene. Deep Rock is Real music that's not meant for animals like you, but for true Naguals, who don't care about clowns like you. Deep Rock is music for the elite and you don't understand it. None of you understand the True Occult. You ridiculous children. Our worldview is based on ouspenskian...

This is so much better than the black metal one.

I mean seriously, to come up with this sort of shit and to pair it with this image takes a little bit of genius, it takes an understanding of certain things most people never even notice.
Have a bump.

So, what are some good "martial industrial" bands ?
I know this is a very niche subgenre and not very popular but im just now getting into it.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martial_industrial
Stuff like this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJ5xwqEls-A
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4scF1ogXcB4
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dqREbFER7Q
Anyone?
I found martial industrial to be the most disappointing genre I ever tried. I was hoping for a genre consisting of mostly hitler speeches over drum cadences and creepy drones but instead a lot of it focuses on mangling military marches. the feeling I was looking for in martial industrial I've mostly found in ritual industrial though.

What's your Suicideboys favorite mixtape ?
the one where they make a derivative amalgamation of all southern hip hop and acknowledge none of their influences beyond taking their ideas
>>64054334
That's not true at all , they are influenced but they aren't stealing anything , they still manage to come up with their own style. Plus they payed respect to the old school rappers
>>64054370
never said they were stealing, i just said that their sound isn't really very innovative
they have some okay songs though
where have they payed respect though? i watched the no jumper interview and they didn't even mention Three 6, their most obvious influence
