hey you guys want to have a classical thread?
I'm pretty new to classical myself but I just listened to Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 7 and it blew my mind, so dynamic and emotional.
anyway let's discuss classical music and everything related
oh and if someone have a how to get in2opera list or something I'd be grateful.
If you want dynamic and emotional piano music then look no further than the Hammerklavier - arguably the greatest piano sonata ever written.

really /classical/ is dying here. Is classical on reddit any good ?

This is actually catchy...
This and every DJ Screw mix that features Big Moe.
I like music that's quirky, innocent, childlike, occasionally melancholy, and occasionally brash. Any recommendations? Preferably something manic, I CANNOT sit still lately and am shaking as I type this

I think you should just focus on making more inspired music. Everybody has to start somewhere though.

were they the most attractive rock band of all time?
>attractive
>popular
>actually great
they had it all
Sting was. The other guys just dressed well.
Is that all it takes to seem attractive to you? Or is it the fame and wealth.
On a not entirely unrelated note, they are perhaps the most cynical (and successful unfortunately) cash-in on youth trends in popular music history.
>>64223527
>cash-ins
Are you kidding me desu? The Police were a rare, legitimately charismatic and likeable band. Sting's lyrics were self-aware, yet never got bogged down in self-loathing or depressed shit like most "alternative" bands of the time did. The music was never pretentious, but they didn't treat their audience like idiots either; it was challenging, enjoyable, and technically very good. What have you done with your life today friend?
Still the best drums edition
