It's been a few years now, what do you think of this album?
I listened for a second time yesterday, the first being on its release. I still don't know why most people hate this album, though...I truly think this album is great. There are some technical faults in terms of delivery, but the varied instrumentation usually blends together very nicely. Also, Metallica's sound is the PERFECT compliment to Lou's more aggressive lyrics--the instrumentals that accompanied his more aggressive songs he did with TVU often didn't send the blood pumping because...

Would have been a 10/10 if Metallica didn't shit all over it.

would have been a 6/10 if lou had died already with his shitty out of tune singing. Talentless hack.
It was an interesting experiment, but it turned out to be a mediocre album. It wasn't terrible, just forgettable.
What is the "Mona Lisa" of music, /mu?
Young Rich Niggas

Does everyone here have an iPod, or is there another mp3 player as good as the iPod? Also, how many gigabytes should I get, 64 or 128?
>>64269887
I got me a 120gb iPod classic from the good ol days. I miss 2007 so much.

Their only good release. Prove me wrong. Protip: you can't.
Almost my favorite by them too, but SJ and Painting with are both around its tier.

Yeah, I think so too, OP.
I've always disliked this song, but I hear Outkast is good, so what should I listen to?

Thanks you too
Pretentious bullshit y/n?
I've still got Tim balancing a piano out of a window to come to terms with yet
It's alright. It's nice to listen to every now and then but it's definitely overrated.
Could be. It's really just what you think and not worth re-hashing this same question over and over.
ITT: songs not by Slint that sound like Slint.

I could take on both of them. The drummer might be a bit of a problem but I would knock that other faggot on his ass so quickly so I could shift all my focus on the drummer and I'd easily kick his ass. Easily.
Christopher Wool influence there I see
Let's get some good slowcore in here.

The early Pedro albums are like a slowcore goldmine. The later stuff is good too but they take on a more direct indie rock approach.
