Why does /mu/ hate Halsey so much?
she's a try hard cunt who looks trans af (man or female? i should stop calling them she) and makes trashy music thats pandering to teenage girls and autistic tumblr aesthetic blogger cunts and all those other-kin that fake their mental illness and sexuality and gender for attention and rips off successful acts, lyrics and imagery such as lana del rey
RIP IN PEACE
What's the most pretentious pseudo intellectual album of all time? It's probably something in either the jazz or progressive rock canon.
The art is a black and white bird's eye view of a boat on some choppy waves. The boat is in the bottom left corner of the frame. Very metallic and gritty kind of texture. Can anyone help?
What did we think of it?
>put pic related off because I've always heard it's uninteresting 60s pop
>It's actually fantastic
What do you guys think about their earlier stuff? Favorite album? Discuss pre-Revolver Beatles in here.
Was he really a genius? His songs are all lullabies with zero complexity and childish lyrics
They are very complex for rock music. Also he managed to pretty much create true psychedelia.
If you listen to earlier psych rock it's really just rock music with a part recorded backwards or a sitar part.
Syd managed to write interesting pop songs in unusual time signatures and keys that still sounded conventionally "good". He also managed to make revolutionary improve songs and pretty much invented the jam.
Did Arca deliver again?
>listens to The Mountain Goats once
>they kissed each other
how does this make you guys feel?
So I just bought tickets for my first Swans concert. What can I expect?
does mu like Damon albarn?
if you killed yourself, what song would you want to be playing when someone discovered your body?
Thoughts on Lauren Mayberry?
What was your favorite album before you stumbled upon /mu/?
I was pretty strictly le wrong generation until I discovered Animal Collective and Crystal Castles
>you will never again be a teenager obsessed with The Strokes, listening to Is This It in bed and staring at the ceiling
