holy shit thank u so much this is huge i love u
Which one do you like better?
This is Happening is my favorite. Sound of Silver has the best songs but also some bad ones (Watch the Tapes, Sound of Silver).. meanwhile This is Happening is the most consistent overall. Pow Pow is fucking god-tier if you get what he's talking about. And the reprisal of the vocals on Dance Yrself Clean on Home is fucking beautiful.
Sound of Silver. the first album is fucking atrocious and This is Happening has 3 songs that are worth something
>>64335668
Also s/t is too long and most of the second disc is meh.
For me they're 3.5, 4, 4.5

Is this actually a good album, or does it just have Wouldn't It Be Nice, Don't Talk, Sloop John B and God Only Knows on it?
Is this actually a good album or is it just filled with all these good songs?
I think it's pretty good. Caroline, No and Don't Talk are my favourites.

Do you recommend getting a 2000xl? Is it fun to work with?
I don't feel anything other than a powerful computer is what you need these days.
I'm investing in the new macbook pro this year lol.

I grew up using a sp-303 but it broke a couple years ago and replaced it with a sp-202. I miss a lot of the effect from the 303, but i really dig the bit crushing you can get from the 202. I like to bounce all my beats to one of the low bit rate settings on the 202 to get a nice lofi feel to my music.

My two favorite piano concertos are Charles Wuorinen's Piano Concerto No. 3 and Alfred Schnittke's Concerto for Piano and Strings.
I've also come for recommendatos for the works of Henri Pousseur and of Hans Otte. And for Sonorism, too.

thats my favorite of all time. Solid choice
So, I finally decided to get into Brian Eno. His discography is fucking huge though, so I don't really know where to start.
I've listened to Music for Airports, which I really enjoyed, but I feel like there must be much more to him.
What are some albums I should know if I want to say I "know Eno"? Is there a flowchart or something?
new one comes out friday
Also like anybody who is into Eno has a different album as their favorite.

Suddenly I have the urge to live so I can have one less thing in common with Cobain.
He hates himself and wants to die
He needed Jesus but he was a butthurt atheist so it made him miserable and killed himself.
