All I want in life's a little bit of dubs to take the pain away
is this one of the most underrated albums of the past few decades? easily their best and not one bad song on it.
i agree op, i dont know if anyone else likes it as much but i was a freshman in hs when it came out and it really got me into modern indie rock/pop. I still listen to it every now and then
hello i am going on long bus trip and want suggestions for what album to listen to. i listen mostly to hiphop but im open to new things
pic related its a woman protecting her bag from me
Japanese math rock/hip hop
Constructus Corporation - The Ziggurat
If you haven't listened to it already, it's South African sci-fi Hip Hop
i can into most hip hop. started off listening to 90s boombap. recently i have been listening a lot to the death grips albums to see what the meme is about, and i like it a lot. i prefer more the "banger" type of song rather than more ambient stuff desu
>mfw someone says opn is better than aphex twin
>people call her a "genius"
How do we stop this meme?
Father John Misty wrote some lyrics and part of the melody for one of the songs. I guess FJM now is an empowered black woman.
i could say the same thing about you. but i won't because i know you're probably just another greasy, talentless foreveralone and this shitpost is all you have but i will say that you're being a real poopyshmoopy OP. good day sir!
What's the rarest thing in your collection, /mu/?
Mine is The Minus 5's debut EP.
That or Swans' Not Here Not Now, but that seems like cheating since it was limited release.
Saw a first American pressing of Filth by Swans in a record store in Melbourne last week. Would have loved to buy it but didn't have the capital.
So that, in an alternate universe.

Does /mu/ like progressive rock?
Hi friends, first time posting in /mu/. I mostly browse /sp/ and /o/.
I don't know much about music but I was looking for similar bands to the ones I've been listening for a long time, if anyone could help I'd be grateful.
My top 5 bands are:
The Gaslight Anthem
I mostly like songs with a 1-4 min duration at max, not a fan of solos.
Thanks in advance.
apparently he was diagnosed with bipolar or schizo or some shit, but he doesnt take his meds. i wouldnt trust those meds either hes probably not even bipolar or schizo, doctors love to diagnose people and a figure on top like Kanye theyd love to bring him down a notch by saying "ya u gotta take these pills your bipolar". when really hes just a passionate driven confident guy, so he seems "crazy" to normal boring people

Looking for a slow pink Floyd or pink Floyd sounding song that I slow danced with my date at senior prom. I remember slight "machine noises," but it definetley wasn't "money" or "welcome to the machine." It's killing me. Does anyone know?
I really want to talk to somebody about this album and why it's so great.
