Sorry but no. Blackstar is good, and because of the background story and concept the album will be remembered for decades. But AMSP is better.
So I never gave Radiohead a real listen because it was hard to take them seriously after hearing Creep, which made me associate them with groups like Puddle of Mudd and Creed.
However I just bough pic related and am about to dig into it. After this I'll go through their albums. Which one should I start with?
ok computer then go chronologically

The Bends is probably their most accessible (although imo not their best).

Why the fuck is every analyst so excited about streaming? Every tech site article about music mentions streaming now.
I get it, I can listen to music that way. No thank you, if I wanted to buy music, I'd go to iTunes anyway. Who needs that shit?
I agree. I have nothing else to add.

>Why the fuck is every analyst so excited about streaming?
because you can analyse the living shit out of it
you know who played what, how many times, when, after which facebook messages, etc etc

I think your chart shows why
Let's help each other out. We describe what kind of music we are looking for and others recommend a fitting artist/album/song.
I'm looking for something that can be described as dark country maybe? Country music that has a brooding, creepy or evil atmosphere, that makes me feel like I'm inna woods in the appalachians, lost and surrounded by cryptids out for my flesh.
Examples are these two tracks:
https://theclaystates.bandcamp.com/track/the-gathering
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwNTQO50bQE
Stop circlejerking to Death Grips and Radiohead and let's start discovering new music
anything similar to these:

https://youtu.be/oIv1XBqZcH8

Music like this makes me feel invincible. It as attitude, but something sensible in the same time. It really "does" something to me. When I hear that first note my I feel this feeling that I can't describe.
It's so difficult to find masterpieces like this. Pease, if anyone has something similar to this, reply!
>At this year’s Moogfest, we will create an environment and experience that celebrates music as well as the community by offering fans a unique chance to remix the track ‘Realiti’ by festival headliner Grimes. A new way to experience music, the installation will invite visitors to manipulate theirsurroundings as they explore an ever-evolving world. Both the visuals and the music respond intuitively to audience movements and interactions.

Avoid the album pictured in your post as well as any other goblin inspired music and you should be good. Just follow your ears and always look for new things. Give stuff a chance, don't immediately dismiss things.

When you feel something is shit, give no heed to all the 'give it more listens', 'you need to have an understanding of the genre to appreciate it', and other 'you'll like it if you make yourself like it'-s. It's that simple. Music never requires theoretical knowledge to appreciate it.
He's fucking beautiful, a goddess really. What album do I start with? I want to experience the art made by this angel.
