artists who have no redeeming value if you take away the face behind the music
>>65197841
i am not sure if i understand that you are saying.
Artist has no redeeming value if you take away the artist?
>>65197841
horrible bait
shame on you for creating such a mean thread
>>65198865
I believe he means "face" in the literal sense. In other words, artists whose only redeeming value is their good looks.
Still doesn't make any sense since Grimeth looks like a homeless meth addict.
I really like Radiohead but I don't get this album at all. It's very uninteresting and mediocre to me. It sounds like something a ton of bands would have been able to easily make.
Is there something about it that you like? Do you have a favorite song from it?
I'm wondering if I'm missing something.
how many times have you listened to it? i find it takes a couple listens to truly be able to appreciate
>>65197726
once from start to finish
then certain songs many more times
Great album in my opinion. I love the production, I guess. Decks Dark is my favorite song.

This
The Radio
they are live broadcasting from a mobile phone without reception
I did this last year, I took all those pictures of Taylor Swift
Craig David
so /mu/, I'm going to show by myself tonight. when you attend a concert solo do you make an effort to talk with fellow concertgoers, or do you prefer solitude, with only your iPhone screen and band shirt as company?
solitude, and i don't even bother with the smart phone, just stand there looking around, often times staring at the ceiling for extended periods, hoping im creeping the overly judgemental people out
I just enjoy the music
usually stand around the bar area and drink until the show starts, occasionally start up a conversation with someone if they're also there alone and don't seem like they want to be left alone.
the funny thing is that usually by the time the actual show starts i'm so drunk(and naturally continue to drink through the performance) that i remember fuck-all about it except for blurry fragments afterwards.
>Yeah, I'm a real /mu/tant.
>Animal Collective, Death Grips, Swans, the list goes on...
k
cool you don't like those bands
thanks for letting us know
A real gentleman listens to the sound of fedoras being tipped.
How is this allowed?
i know, none of them should be rated above 1.80
i unironically like undertow, aenima, and lateralus
>>65197455
they are all way too highly rated, I agree
Lets support our Queen by voting for her Flesh Without Blood music video

Bloke in the pub thinks Led Zeppelin is better than Black Sabbath
Well, he's not wrong
>>65197366
He's right as the east
Correct
what is he playing?
a piano
The keys to your mom's pussy
America's future
more like john rich
more like blank tapes or really any surf rock

i haven't listened to anything on there so i can't comment, rec, or anything.
more like francis bebey and other world music you have been listening to
Everything about delays. Discuss the ones you got and the ones you want.
I have a Digitech DigiDelay. Should I sell it and buy a TCE Flashback instead? The Digitech is pretty good, imho.
I'd just keep the DigiTech if it works for you. You can get some pretty cool effects by stacking delays too, so if you really want the Flashback you could just keep both.
I'm using pic related at the moment. It's the cheapest and most fun delay pedal I've tried so far.
TCE Alter Ego X4 is amazing
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXMPre19xBY
I have the flashback. It's a jack of all trades, but master of none. All of the settings are usable and work well, but it's not as good at doing any of its settings as some other pedals dedicated to doing those specific kinds of delay are.
The on-board looping functionality is really cool, and lets you record for quite a while. I haven't really experimented much with the toneprint functionality though, maybe that's where the real appeal is.
This is Banjig here from /b/ I figured this'd be better off for /mu/. The cover of Halloween by the Misfits will be up in about 33 minutes. Anymore requests?

Is Damon Albarn the most I'd-like-to-drink-a-beer-with-him musician? He seems so low-key despite his popularity and success with Gorillaz, and he's a pretty decent musician.
Or am I just weird?
He looks constantly pissed off so no I'd rather drink a beer with Josh Homme
>>65197048
Ya might be gay m8
I'd like to share a beer with Mac.
I still can't believe he got away with it.
Yeah I know, reforming Swans without Jarboe. What was he thinking?
>>65197001
I know, how can you make two AOTY's in a row?
well, no one should be punished for making bad music
