I have a part-time job. I'll get a call from my boss (a medical examiner) telling me to retrieve bodies from wherever, sometimes even a crime scene. I'll go out, collect the bodies, and bring them to the morgue. I get $25 for each body delivered in roughly the same state as they were when I found them.
The tricky part is when people hang themselves off tall trees. Then I gotta cut the rope off a ladder while making sure the body doesn't drop to the ground, which could cause additional trauma. It's also really inconvenient when they kill themselves out in the middle of nowhere, since it usually means an entire hour is spent driving to the body and then the morgue.
