Could there ever be a Earth pony villain? Every villain so far has had something to do with magic. Magic has such extreme power so how would it even be possible?

One of the Flim Flam brothers is an earth pony I think. And Silver Spoon/ Diamond Tiara (although they changed over way too fast) I cant think any others.
