My 21st birthday is in ~82 minutes. Sadly, my circadian rhythm is the most sensitive pussy on the planet and, as such, I can not afford to stay up for very long to fellowship with my fellow horsefuckers.
I won't be doing much for my birthday; I don't put much stock into holidays, especially this one. But if Anon cares to make this day even remotely special for me, there is something that can be done.
In stead of posting my favorite pony or doing me favors, tell me about something that justifies your will to live. Something that fulfills you, amuses you, occupies your time. Your favorite pone, your favorite green. Maybe how you make your hobbies pone related, even in the smallest of waysbecause threads have to be pone related.
If you don't want to go through the effort, or you can't think of anything, just throw a dart at your hard drive and show me the first pone related thing you think of. It would be nice to wake up tomorrow to some pure hugboxing and concentrated pone.

I'm grateful that I was born in a first world country and don't have to walk 5 miles for water. What keeps me going is that I have yet to fulfill my life of helping others. What keeps me going is the want for more money. I'm a greedy sack if shit, but I do the shit I do so that I could help out friends and family when they need it. One other thing that motivates me is that my life could be way shittier than it actually is. Through all the times we had with her, I loved every second of it. I have things I love the most about life, but while I wouldn't call the collective whole my "will to live," I think it's the colsest thing to what you're talking about. The things that make me the happiest, no matter what kind of stupid shit has me down, is just making other people laugh, or spending alone time jamming to good music, or taking a nice walk through a nature trail every once in a while. If you can't relate to these examples, I'm sure you see what I'm getting at, so that you can just replace what I listed off with whatever you love. Because trust me, I think the most important lesson I've learned so far in life is that during hard times, you just have to be patient and do all the things you love and normally do. When something unfortunate is affecting you, going about your days just as you normally would might just be the key to not giving up, so long as you do your best to have a smile on your face when you feel the worst coming on.

Funny you should mention that, since regular use of Tylenol is very destructive towards your liver. Actually, they put acetaminophen (Tylenol) in cough syrup and short term prescription meds so that people will be discouraged from abusing them, because you will OD on acetaminophen at a lower dose than you would a lot of other things. Why do I keep going? To share. Those special moments you fondly hold onto from your youth had to come from somewhere and I want to make sure the next generation has theirs. I spend most of my time thinking and working on ways to bring a that magic to as many people as possible. It's why I writefag and have a career in game design. That and I want to leave a mark.
That's what got me into pone, a cartoon for little girls that became a meme and was enjoyed by audiences of all ages and genders while spreading the message of friendship. Who wouldn't be proud of something like that?
To that end I write green of a different color; AiE but rarely about relationships and even rarer clop. Fun every now and then, but a waste of the concept. That's why my favorite green would be Bro's in Equestria by Mandroid. Has a little of column A a little of column B and a curve ball of columnspoiler.

The fact that I largely enjoy day to day life.
Sure, I'd rather not go to work tomorrow, but I'm friendly with my coworkers and I'm unlikely to have a bad time. Even if I do, that's just work. It doesn't matter much once I'm out of there.
I want to get back home to my vidya, I want to talk to my friends, I want to get back to Uni, I want to shitpost here, and I want to continue living more or less as I do right now.
