The idea is this: This guy, let's call him Darling for now, is pretty down on his luck as he got into argument with his girlfriend named Claire and went into full panic mode thinking that this is a hint that their relationship is falling apart. So he thinks a love potion will be enough to save it, however he didn't know that this will turn his girlfriend into Chrysalis after she takes it. After the transformation is over, she is filled with intense lust for him and only him alone. Despite being saddened by his initial reaction, Claire proceeds to rape him and tells him that she's aware that he tried to use the love potion on her. Originally she was supposed to suck the love out of him until he's nothing but a husk, but decides to let him just so he could be nothing more than a limitless resource for her and make him her slave for the rest of his life so that he'll always be her's. That means he has to take care of her of doing almost everything for her and while catering to her needs. Darling was depressed over this ordeal but he knew he brought this on himself for trying that love potion on her in the first place. So now he's basically the henpecked husband who's catering to his over demanding wife who wants to be treated like a queen.
Strangely she learned to transform into her human form, however it's nothing more than a disguise just so she can keep up the appearance that everything's fine with the rest of their friends and family. But when they're home alone, she's always in her changeling/Chrysalis form and having sex with him almost everyday since her intense lust for him only dwindled a little bit.
Then the real story starts when suddenly, which is the first of many future days, she started to treat him more nicely and more lovingly.
Her demanding queen façade breaks from time to time, and she starts trying to do nice things for him like cooking a meal for him when he gets back from work (though with disastrous results because it's a combination of her not being able too cook with her body and magic and that food has very little flavor for her in this body). Then it's about Darling trying to get used to this new "nice and normal" Claire instead of the old demanding "Queen Chysalis" which he thought he actually deserved to suffer through the rest of his life because of his poor decision.
After some hijinks, tsundere-ness (which means she sometimes go "I'm not being nice to you because I want to, servant." which is punctuated with an embarrassed scrunchy face) and many of nights of cuddling instead of sex sometimes. Darling ended up snapping at her for her to make up her mind of how she wanted to treat him which will make her reveal to him that she notices his love for her was slowly dying out (but is rekindled by her nice actions) and what her ultimate fate was supposed to be after she transformed. She doesn't know how she knows but it could be the potion or how her new species worked, either way, she was supposed to kill him by draining all his love and energy then proceed to live the rest of her life as a "love vampire or something" as she calls it (though when Darling tries to correct her by saying "succubus" she says "whatever."). But she initially decided not to because she was angry with why should she live a horrible life while he gets the easy way out. So she decided to be like a demanding queen to make his life horrible instead while she gets all the love. It was an easy thing at first, but after the initial anger faded over the first few weeks of her transformation, she starts to wonder why he would do this to her in the first place. Then months later, she starts to worry about her life when his love for her was changing into misery and despair.
This prompts Darling to tell her his fear about the argument they had was a hint that their relationship was falling apart. But she reassured him that it was just a fight they had and while she was mad about the mistake he made, she wasn't falling out of love for him. Which is actually the main reason why she tried be nice to him after all this time, that, and she didn't want to live out the horrible life that fate had in store for her. In the end she kinda wish that things will go back to normal and if he can actually love her as she is right now.
Empathetic to her plea, Darling reconciles with Claire, made things up with her and had make up sex. Then the story is basically over with them living with the life fate had dealt with them. So Darling gets to have a Chrysalis girlfriend and eventually wife; and Claire doesn't have to worry about living a bad and mostly empty life of tricking people into loving something else and stealing that love from then. Though they may have to worry about the amount of children they'll have now that Darling's love for her became pure after that moment. But that's an idea for another time.

I usually come up with a simple idea first. Like with Chad I just thought: "Paranoid Roommate". Then I shaped him with little details I either came up with or borrowed from a few of my friends and me. It's pretty much like that with all my characters. Some characters though are carbon copies of people I know in real life. Like Keyboard Masher's father is literally my dad. Tammy is this one girl I hung out with for a while in uni and the Other Chad is basically satan plus an asshole who tried to bully and scam a friend of mine once. A lot of characters share traits with me too I guess. It's easier to write them that way.
Keyboard Masher is pretty similar to me I suppose, writing and daydreaming. But she's not explicitly based off of me.

Doesn't have to. Arms and forelegs are directly analogous as humans and real horses have a common ancestor and that's how we evolved. Hooves are basically a single large fingernail and the internal structure of hooved forelegs is quite similar to that of arms.
Winged horses don't exist in reality.
But if a human transformed into any kind of horse, the arms would turn to forelegs.

I appreciate the stories and art but I think there's a sensible reason why there's no overlap: the artists here want to draw TF. They want to draw subjects that are part human, part horse; that's fundamentally what they're here for. The writers, with a few exceptions, want to write about the ramifications of a TF, often just glossing over the TF itself. It's this core problem of how storytellers portray TF as a matter that takes place over a time period with events afterwards, while artists can only give this one snapshot in time, and they don't want to "waste it" (for lack of a better term) drawing just... ponies. And for the majority of these stories, that's visually all they are, is 'just ponies'. There are already thousands of artists who draw 'just ponies'.

Yeah this anon pretty much nails it- as an artist I'm interested in the process of transformation. Heck even the TF stories I've written mostly focus on the transformation aspect- that's just what I'm interested in, more. While there's certainly value in exploring the aftermath of a TF (makes for some great stories), only way I can really explore that art wise is making a comic, which really isn't high on my priority list.
On top of that, I may have mentioned before my distaste of "shocked furry in tattered clothes" kinds of TF. That's the kind of thing I want to avoid in the stuff I draw- hence the focus on the process of change as much as possible.

So originally the guy, I decided to call him Bob because Bob's a rare/uncommon name recently, was doomed to be Chrysalis' sex slave or have some sort of miserable life with her anyway... It looked like I was close enough to how it's supposed to went down anyway. But that's still a fitting punishment for anyone to force another to love them.
Anyway, in my version, neither of them knew the show anyway, it's just that I had Claire taking up Chrysalis' name just to show how far she's gone and how her attitude with him is completely different from before, justifiably so. Besides I don't think she would like to refer to her new body as herself. Well at least in my version. So I understand why it would actually end a lot darker then the actual version. Think of my version like one where she stopped herself from going completely evil or something.
