To be honest, I started here myself. Drawing anime faces with straight-on bodies, hiding feet and hands because I couldn't draw them well.
Drawing porn and learning one body part at a time is where I went next. I like asses, a lot, so I drew asses. Learned how to draw the lower torso and upper thighs and the vag/asshole until I felt good about it. Then I drew those things at different angles, Then I zoomed out a bit, including the breasts and upper arms or just the hands/fingers.
You get where I'm heading. I'm not exactly the best artist in the world, but I feel like I've made lots of progress. I was gonna attach some of my old weeaboo stuff, but I forgot where it was saved on my computer. I was literally doing the exact same things you're doing now like a year ago.
Learn how to study objects and how to apply them to future drawings. You're in 2D now, but with a few learned principles, you can easily switch to giving things form and perspective.
I could guide you to some good advice on where to start, but for a TL;DR: draw what you like, draw it differently each time and fail at it. You learn what not to do and apply it to your next pic.

your sketch makes it very clear you're drawing nothing but outlines to shapes you think you know
there's no evidence of laying in any underlying structures, such as proportion guidelines and skeleton and at your level you should abso-fucking-lutely be using them
you study anatomy so your brain learns how anatomy works, that's the whole point, whatever you learn from RL anatomy, say, where the ear is located and how to figure its placement on a skull from other features--you can use that for any fucking style you want, your brain knows where human ears should be now and it will tell you you're screwing up if you're about to draw them on the cheek
in theory you could study anatomy without ever drawing realistic figures/skeletons/anything just by looking at pictures and imagining/doodling the structures and connections that are there
but in practise the brain is a lazy bitch and the only way to check if it's learned anything you've been trying to teach it is by drawing a figure from memory without refs, then comparing it to reference or getting it /ic/'d
for a beginner I wouldn't recommend trying to get all of the body at the same time--just pick a part or two you feel like needs the improvement the most, and focus on that for a while, draw what you want, apply what you learn to what you draw, have fun, pick your next target, rinse, repeat

You don't need to be at a certain skill level to post art! I started on Deviantart but then moved onto Tumblr (not saying I did this when my due to my art improving). You'll improve with your art as you post! Both are great sites for art so it's up to you. But beware, Tumblr is very addicting. I've long since moved on from Deviantart but I think I enjoy Tumblr much better. Again, it's totally up to you!

Yeah it's really terrible, sorry, haha. I''m just going to give you the benefit of the doubt here purely because I can't find it on reverse image search so you might not have stolen it. Anyway, it's not that the anatomy is bad (Although you really just stole the pose from the OP artist), it's the colors and all the accessory bullshit. Like this is the most Mary-Sue OC I've seen in ages and I see a lot of them.
I'm passing out while typing, but I'll try and help you fix it. You should pick one accessory, one or two hair colors tops (a main color and a striped color if that's what you want), and pick a coat color that isn't fucking red. Basically I'm going to help you redesign this into something that people won't fucking cringe at, alright?

It's not bad but you should learn about atmospheric perspective, using different kinds of brushes for different textures, and less "muddy" colors closer to the viewer. If you want I can paint-over a chunk of it to show you what I mean.
