I want to explain the summer phenomenon.
As m00t said there are is no increase in the traffic on this site during the summer period, but this doesn't mean that there are no faggots.
Easily all the children during the year have less time to spend on 4chan but they keep dwelling this place during their spare time. With less time they concentrate on "normal" or less cancerous threads because are more interesting. They basically have little time to start idiotic threads. But what happens during summer?
They have more time to spend, and more time to get bored. What happens when a kid get bored on 4chan? He starts stupid and pointless threads!
Basically they are the same kids shitposter that dwells this place during the year, but they spend more time here during the summer. This explain why the daily traffic doesn't change.

I believe that summer is real, just not to the extent people make of it. Did moot seriously mean there is literally no increase whatsoever? Because an increase of under 1% is still an increase. Even fifty new users is noticeable. Any balancing of traffic must also be taken into account; it may be the same amount, but how many old IPs are disappearing while new ones come in? Summer may be time off for some people, but it's also a busy time of year for many businesses.

The only problem here is saying that anyone who disagrees with leftist opinions must be from /pol/ makes you look no better.
We regularly have people use the term "conservashits" on here on inappropriate occasions. It's clearly a liberal mindset but we're not always telling left-leaners to go back to tumblr. This is not a /pol/ vs the world thing, this is a left vs right thing. The values can exist without needing to be from either of the two extremes.
The US is undergoing an election and the political nonsense has been hitting the fan hard in these past few days now that we're into hiatus. There's a lot more where that cheeky liberal joke came from and I guarantee you it's not always going to be quite so whimsical.
