If you want my opinion I know for sure Patachu isn't OP, for he lacks confidence, in everything he does. He's not trusting himself, and he's afraid of working without a team. Always asking for advices and shit. Sure he enjoys trolling but when he does anything, it usually turns out he's never alone.
About the painting, I don't know, waiting for him to upload it on Derpibooru to judge.
