because in order for the other 5 to become alicorns, you'd need a plot that actually puts MORE importance on them than Twilight or starlight glimmer. And the staff, now Renzetti, Larson and faust are gone, are utterly incapable of that.
All plots MUST revolve around Twilight, and that means no alicorn other 5 plots.
