This is a troll thread, and I LOVED RD as my favorite character.
but in the group, she's pretty much the least intelligent of the group: I'm not saying she's retarded or to be scorned, but her position in the six has her as the dumb muscle kind of character, which is perfectly okay.
She's kind of like casey jones in TMNT, or Goku in DBZ abridged. She's a great character who CARES for others, but she's also very thick and ditzy.

I'd argue that she's memorized some impressive things with her eidetic memory via flight, but I dunno if that counts as intelligence. It's not as if she actively calls on knowledge she's absorbed from her flights, or shown any particularly notable bursts of intelligence relating to her interests or fields of work.
Not to say she's DUMB, but she's not what I'd call intelligent.
