I wouldn't say I'm much like any one pony, I'm more of an odd mashup of Moondancer, Trixie and Fluttershy. Mostly Trixie though if I had to put it down to one horse.
The Trixie part is due to my kind of narcissistic personality that veils a want for friendship that I can't let myself have, because I'm too full of myself. I'd rather put up a wall than expose vulnerabilities.
The Moondancer part is mostly due to me being somewhat of a shutin, and preferring to focus on my hobbies than my friendships, and in doing so accidentally shut people out. I'm also afraid of putting myself out there in case of hurt, which relates back to the Trixie part.
The Fluttershy part is mostly due to my affinity with animals and again, being a bit of a shutin. It also has to do with my social anxiety and inability to answer questions on the spot. I prefer to have people make my decisions for me because I don't want to end up making the wrong choice and being responsible for it.
I'm a shutin, but also very popular with my people, I do music big time....

I think I'm most like Trixie, because I can be a very jealous person at times.
Also, I know it's bad and self-destructive, but when I have significant problems with other people, I will often cut ties with them completely in an attempt to start fresh.
So when I think of Trixie traveling around by herself with her wagon, I can't help but feel an affinity with her.
I have trouble forgetting when others have wronged me, so I end up brooding a lot.
I spend a lot of time by myself and I'm fine with that, but I sometimes neglect my friendships as a result. So maybe I'm kind of like Moondancer as well?
We're probably all mixes of a couple ponies.

I'm terrified by many everyday things, especially betrayal, and I'm not secure in anything. I spend a lot of my time on immature philosophical thinking and trying to understand people and life when I hardly even understand myself. I'm afraid to speak up, even on here, out of self-loathing and fear that I'll be unable to express my thoughts and feelings properly. I love pets and strongly value kindness and understanding.
While showing negative traits I identify with, Apple Bloom is also the type I want to be more like. Always overcoming her weaknesses and showing bravery and will when it matters, not bringing her loved ones down over it. Rather, bringing them all up, with her optimism and charisma.

I'm fiercely loyal, arrogant, stubborn, thrive on conflict, and have the skills to back up most of my boasts. I even had a similar experience with reading. I hated books until I was 8, when I was told that if I wanted to know the story of Harry Potter I'd have to read it to myself. I sped through books after that, starting with fun fiction like Creighton and pre-2000s Clancy and fun non-fiction like Black Hawk Down, and ending up devouring most of the classics of western literature and a good chunk of important enlightenment-era political treatises by the time I graduated high school.
