None of the Mane 6 are shown having much meaningful interaction with stallions. Rarity is a known flirt, and has shown that the right kind of attention from the right stallion can pull her away from her friends. Ponka had a deep moment with Cheese Sandwich. RD showed groupie like behavior toward the 'Bolts. And Flutters was under the spell of both Iron Will and Discord, but it's no surprise she'd go outside her species. Whether any of that is enough to translate to moe pony fucking is doubtful.
The only romantic shit we've seen was Mac x Cheerilee, SA x Cadance (confirmed for fucking), the Cakes (same), the Pies (confirmed), Twi's parents (implied) and Cranky and Matlida (not ponies). And there was a hint of it between Mac and Marble.
The only other clue I can think of would be whether AJ was working at a brothel under Cherry, which is sure as fuck what it looked like, but that would be awfully grim for a kid's cartoon.
